I entire hotel needs a better look (still outdated/ looks like a motel ). It was recently remodeled, but they spent money on the wrong items.

I like the location of the hotel with plenty of places and restaurants.

The towels were stained and the personel was sort or rude. I put a 40 dollars safe deposit and it still hasnt been reimbursed although i did not damage any property and everything was in order when I left.

There were stains on the towels and even though we requested a non smoking room, our neighbors were smoking marijuana all night that got into our room because ventilation. I understand this is hard to stop by management, but it did make us a little uncomfortable.

Room was a great size and renovations were very nice. Breakfast was amazing.

The place had garbage all over it. An old mattress was standing against the wall in the hallway outside. The pool area and grounds were weedy and unkempt. An afternoon and a $50 weed eater would make a huge difference! Take some pride in your property!! Breakfast was 2 pieces of wheat toast and plain bagels. Nothing else.

The lady was nice when we checked out. The room was nicely decorated and clean.

I didn't get my room deposit back because they said it smell like smoke and I don't smoke but the lady in the room next to me was walking in an out the room while smoking 🚭. I got charged for it 😑

... it could have used a closer eye to the cleaning and setup for the next visitor... overall, it looks great... but there were stray hairs on the shower walls... the bottom of my socks were jet black from the ceramic tiled floor... water left standing in the coffee maker reservoir when housekeeping placed the complimentary tea & coffee packets in there... so... no coffee at 5 in the morning until I got fully dressed... explained my coffee maker problem and got nothing solved until I was driving away at 9 am... three different times I went into the lobby to retrieve a cup of coffee... all i needed was someone to apologize and offer me some solutions... like.... a FRESH packet of coffee grounds or a WHOLE NEW coffee maker setup! It's not that big of a deal, but it IS the little extras we need to feel more than just another dollar made...

The room was outside and close to the parking lot of additional businesses in the area. Not really safe, keycard locks need to be serviced. Have exterminators spray in the room and the surrounding areas.

The location was in a decent spot close to a gas station and coffee shop. Along with a few restaurants.

Location was ok, staff very nice. Seemed that the was drug addicts staying a few rooms down. Idk if the person had an overdose but he was left outside the room for a while and the ambulance was called.

I've tried to like this property; have stayed there every month for a long time. It's a remodel gone all wrong- bad painting lack of cauld, no fill to decayed wood on door frames. Truly lipstick on a pig. No lip liner, though. I give up.

I didn't sleep all night very noise neighbor's, as check in it was not address the hours of check out or breakfast time. light in room was little difficult to turn on, flickering . Door in rooms were not completely closing my family and I didn't feel safe. Trash outside the room facility was just thrown out not even in the trash can. It could of been better for that price.
