Location was not as well marked as others nearby and our navigation gave poor directions so we had some issues finding the place. The lights in the room were a very harsh bright white - felt more like an operating room than a comfortable setting.

Staff was top notch and very accommodating and friendly. We had a late check-in and the efficient check-in process was welcome. The free Breakfast was better than what you get at most similar hotels.

I stayed there off an hour for about two weeks. I was happy with everything and everyone except the gentleman that I mentioned in the previous question. The owner was really nice as well. The manager in front desk staff trying to accommodate my needs and went above excellence and Customer Service .

It’s quaint and modern. The staff was friendly and accommodating. One staff member was rude and moody. He was worked around 3pm and he was possibly Indian with glasses and about 5’5.

Polystyrene plates, cups etc. A fair amount of fixtures and fittings repairs required. If you want 5 * accommodation, this La Quinta isn’t the choice, but if you want a comfy bed, good shower and delicious, fresh waffles for breakfast, with a location convenient for the airport, I would recommend the La Quinta. It worked very well for us.

Reception welcome was warm and helpful. Car parking. Room clean. Bed very comfortable . Very good shower. Soft fluffy towels appeared new. All basics provided for an overnight stay. Hotel breakfast assistance present. Only 6 minutes from the airport Car Rental Centre.

The television in my room didn't have signal until check out time. The door knob gets stuck when you close the bathroom door. The toilet was low to the floor... it was a hard fall down to the seat for the handicapped. The flooring at the bathroom door was a tripping hazard. The bathtub has peeling paint inside it. Not toilet tissue holder near the toilet.

Breakfast staff, rationalizing juices instead of monitoring the serving area! Frozen yogurt. Breakfast was not worth mentioning. Very disappointed!!!

The air was super loud Phone did not work Only one staff on duty I needed an extra blanket and no one could bring it to me. So I had to get redressed n go get it from front desk. The staff worker was very kind

The last time I stayed, I had a newly renovated room and it was gorgeous, The room I got this time wasn't so much. It wasn't terrible but not new & the bathroom light didn't work. Otherwise, it was fine.

The bed was fantastic, I slept so well that I overslept. But, the silver haired man at the front desk is phenomenal. I remember him from a couple years back. He is a true class act & exactly the kind of person you want to help you after a long day of travels. Cream of the crop!

Seems like it just appears to be clean at first glance. Further inspection and you can find stains on the carpet and rust in the bathroom. After turning off the lights I noticed small roaches appearing near the mini fridge when using the flashlight on my phone. I planned to use the pull out futon bed but it was covered in multiple mysterious brown stains.

The room was pretty big, there was even a bonus futon bed not advertised on booking.com. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Being near the airport is a big plus. Breakfast seems like it would have been good but we didn't get to try it due to checking out early. If you just need a place close by the airport for the night then this'll do the job if the price is right.

The facility is pretty old and somewhat renovated . The bathtub wasn’t clean and it was clogged . So we couldn’t shower . The couch on the living room was torn apart. Not much light in the room.

The size of the room and the breakfast options were pretty nice . Plenty of parking space in the back though . Staff very helpful.
