Room wasn’t clean - found a tack in the couch cushions, the couch was stained, there was a used k-pod in the room, the bathroom lacked ventilation so it was smelly. The pullout couch was so uncomfortable and was slanted so that the end was higher than the head of the bed.

Staff were excellent. Shuttle bus was on time and safe. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee on the main floor was handy.

Extremely noisy at night, we couldn't sleep, the stairs' door was not adjusted, so it made people slam it constantly. The loud pop scared us every time and didn't let us sleep. The hot tub was very dirty, there was snot and gunk floating around, it looked yellow and cloudy. There were candy wrappers around the pool around 10:30 am . The floor in our room wasn't vacuumed. We found a couple of pen caps around the desk and a mascara brush in between the 2 beds. There were some red cumbs from some type of food too.

Hot breakfast including eggs, waffles and sausage, not the best quality but better than just grab and go. Available coffee at all times at the reception is a plus. The beds were comfortable and sheets were clean. Bathrooms were nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was great for me. All the places i wanted to visit were super accessible from here. I booked a King Suite and the size was incredible. So much space! Its a big room for a single traveller but i like having somewhere separate to relax from the bedroom so id absolutely opt for this room again were i to come back. The included breakfast was a win for me as was the free parking.

Excellent breakfast, good food and well-kept eating area. Location was near enough to the airport and the shuttle service was done well.

A 2 star (according to their website) that successfully strive to be 3 star. Room was clean (but the elevator could use a daily vacuuming ). Standard American chain breakfast, that was efficiently reines by one lady. Reception team were very helpful but the « manager « is totally full of herself - really should go under some hospitality training.

Shower/tub could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. we also tried to ask the housekeeper for extra towels, but they spoke very little English.

The room was modern with a microwave and mini fridge! The beds were very comfortable and soft in the TV had many channels to choose from. The bathroom was clean with the exception of the tub, It seemed a bit dingy. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely stay here again when we visit Dallas it isn’t a good location that’s close to the airport as well as restaurants and other attractions. I chose this location because it was close to my brother-in-law‘s home the breakfast is complementary they had eggs and sausage, cold cereal, oatmeal, coffee, tea, orange juice and apple juice, bagels biscuits, and sausage gravy. I was very impressed with this hotel, and would definitely recommend.

The water flow for the bath wasn't really good - although it happens quite a lot in American hotels. No public transportation nearby: which is not necessary for many of the travelers.

The location was nice - close to the airport. The hotel also has an airport shuttle 24/7. There are several restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The American-style breakfast was exceptional.
