You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable! The breakfast was awesome!!! The cost for our pets were a little higher than other hotels but let me say it was very well worth it because the floors and facilities were super clean! We didn’t feel like we were being treated differently because we had our pets with us!

The only issue was washing my hair in the shower comfortably because the water pressure was slim to none. My husband said it felt like showering with an outdoor water hose haha. My hair eventually got clean, but it was pretty cold meanwhile!
Fast check in, friendly staff, THE complementary BREAKFAST was the best I’ve ever had! Room was very spacious and comfortable.

The clean smell, the clean rooms, easy parking, comfortable beds, above all the fantastic front desk staff. Mae and Latonda always go above and beyond for us. So kind and accommodating! I work remotely but for needed in person clinic day’s me and my significant other stay here so we can be close to my job. I could go on and on about why we enjoy this hotel and how truly kind and caring the front desk workers are. We joke that this is our second home!
