We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I loved the shower. It's nice to have a door instead of a shower curtain. The lighted up mirror was also nice in the bathroom. It was a good location, felt like we were right in the middle of everything we went to do. The beds were soft.

Standard breakfast, room is modern, with excellent decor, minimal carpets, very clean. Location is a little out of downtown, however there is a trolley along the seawall that goes to Moody Gardens or downtown. Grocery stores such as Kroger or Walmart's are within 10 minutes walk, allowing one to buy food for a supper to be had in the room. There is a coffee machine, fridge, and microwave.

United States of AmericaWhen we entered our room everything seemed fine but we started to noticed a few details around . . Our TV had big water dripping stains (we didn't use it at all but it was weird) . Our restroom door would not close at all it was so hard to get it closed . The smell of the room well the whole hotel was over powering sometimes of wet carpet and humid . Last but not least . Out of 2 elevators only one would work the quickest . At moment of checking out one would work and other took us 15 min for it to open ND when it did it took us to 3rd floor instead of one and it shook like if we had falling or it had gotten stuck. Worse fear ever. It took us to second floor again after pressing first floor and pressed first floor again and too us to 3rd and then dropped us off at 1. . It was so scary and we had a staff from the hotel with us at that moment and she also screamed when the elevator shoot so hard . Also at check in i had requested to get a room close to my sister in law but when i asked i was answered with a really bigg attitude that it changed my mood right away . Other then that the stay was pretty smooth for one day .
