Water pressure - in at least my shower - wasn't great. The coffee at breakfast - "terrible."

The hotel was very clean, parking was close to entrance, easy on and off to Highway, and the staff person was friendly. Decent areas nearby to walk pets. Continental breakfast was OK, not great, not bad. Nice touch - Dove mini soap bars in bathroom. Nice white bedspreads and pillows, had a great night of sleep in comfy bed.

Not many restaurant nearby, need to get a taxi to go to a good place for dinner.

We only stayed one night but did notice there didn't seem to be a hairdryer in our room. I'm sure one would have been provided if we needed it. The staff were lovely.

We loved the location! We wanted to be close to the Nelson-Atkins museum and the hotel is close to so many attractions and great places to eat. Loved the view of the city we had, friendly staff, great water pressure in the shower, comfy beds and easy safe parking!

The mattresses were not as comfort as other hotels. They were too soft.

It was the most convenient hotel that I’ve stayed at for traveling with my elderly mom who uses a wheelchair. The shower has a rubber lip that prevented the water from going all over the bathroom floor. The little chair table in the room was perfect for her the wheelchair. The room was big. The bed wasn’t so high that she needed a step to get on it. Timothy at the front desk was so helpful, friendly, and just pleasant. He was outstanding. I liked the toiletries they provided. The breakfast was pretty good! The muffins and coffee were great!

The only thing I'd complain about was the water pressure in the shower was terrible took awhile to get shampoo and conditioner out of my hair due to lack of water pressure

The location was close to attractions, but you needed a car. Use of disposable cutlery, cups and plates at breakfast time.

The breakfast room was excellent and provided a good selection of basic breakfast items. I was able to cook my own bread (GF) in their toaster. The staff were very helpful and we were able to get an early check in. Parking was very convenient. Elevator was available. Very quiet rooms. They had a little shop for snacks. Good internet. The rooms and the hotel were clean and well maintained. Hot showers.

Loud guests the night I stayed. It sounded like there was a party going on. Never did call the desk to complain. Very low water pressure…barely enough to rinse the soap off. I did take a late shower, about 10 am, not sure if this was peak laundry time for the property??

The furniture in the lobby was dirty. Some additional attention to cleaning this area is needed.

The beds had some stains on the sheets. If you're not the top floor, you are subject to hearing loud foot traffic from the room above.

Our air conditioner was squeaky and we could not get it fixed (and therefore not use it).

Free parking and the hotel is in good shape, since it's fairly new. It was quiet for us as well.
