Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It was a great stay! We loved our room on the 3rd flood. Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was beyond our expectations.

Easy access to the interstate. Close to food options. We also liked the fitness room. Breakfast was good, and what you would expect to find in a place like this. We thought the price was good as well. We would definitely stay here again.

The price of the room and the hidden fee of $150 Very dissatisfied.saying they have to add a charge of this .I dont think that is right .when you are choosing this facility to use for a room and expecting to pay a different amount ..Ok the website is said it $114.00.. I believe I should get a discount or a free night stay ...and it was not at all what expected... I believe I wasn't suppose to get a room as this .I believe it was a room with someone with disabilities ..I was only needing a room for 2 people with a queen or king bed ..But I do believe it was too pricey for one night $152 and on the website it was showing $114 says nothing about reserving a room and paying a extra $150 for anything as for as for damage or anything..I was disappointed when I was told I couldn't pay cash as well ..I still believe I should get a discount or something.or on a next visit ..And I was going to mention the bathroom was dirty .it was like sand on the floor or looked like it waiting on like a coke had been spilled on the area I'm from the entrance door to the bathroom .I was like that looks gross and dirty .
I like that it was spacious ..and a place to lay my head ..

The person getting the breakfast ready Saturday morning was on no time schedule. We were down there 15 minutes early hoping it would be early because we had a 13 hour drive ahead of us and breakfast wasn't until 6:30 on Saturday, Instead she was late and we sat there and waited for breakfast. She didn't even know it was 6:30 until she kicked us out and told us it wasn't time. When she was told it was time, she responded, "It is? What time is it?" The place was full of people waiting because she was late. It wasn't worth the wait anyway with the fake eggs and no butter... some kind of gross vegetable oil spread.
The room was clean, lobby was nice. Quiet nights sleep.

I can’t think of anything that needs improvement. Our room was beautiful, the price was in our range, and your staff was very helpful and nice.
We needed to leave before the scheduled 6:30 breakfast, so we didn’t try it.

We were disappointed that we arrived to the breakfast area at 9:30 and they closed at 9:00. The kitchen was full of bisquits and eggs etc, but would not let us have breakfast. The front desk said it is open until 9:30 on weekends. This was Friday morning. Front desk attendant said they had to stick to the 9:00 AM rule. So, we left hungry and had to find a restaurant.

The bathroom show was not very clean. Not horrible but definitely should have been cleaner.

The soap dispenser in shower was empty, which was a little inconvenient when needed. "Dog-friendly" and those without pets were on same floors and we were awakened by barking through the night. Breakfast needed a little more variety, but was okay.
Facility was very clean and room was comfortable.
