Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Pool was a little small, usually full with children , which is good for the kids if you're bringing them.
Breakfast was great, staff was very nice, view was good, funplex next door which was amazing! Huge parking lot, great woodsy view in back of hotel, gym usually unoccupied, great fun vibes and bed was super comfortable!

The tea coffee facility in the room was ok but only had earl grey which I really don’t like. Plus there was nowhere to get breakfast, which would have made the stay even better.
I would definitely stay here again. The room was large and very clean. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfortable so slept really well

The hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was excelent with just about anything you could want. Had a great stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and updated. I will definitely be staying here again.

The walls and ceilings are thin, we were woken up prior to 6am due to the guests above us (not necessarily the hotels fault), the bed frame/base had a broken spring which caught me on the leg (we advised the hotel of this on check out), we asked for the body wash in the shower to be refilled on our first morning as it wasn't filled up prior to check in but it wasn't done even though the room was cleaned.
The bed was comfortable, the TV in the room comes with a Chromecast which was useful, the bathroom was a really nice size, breakfast was pretty good too

Don’t know of a think I didn’t like or you cdn improve!
Everything was extremely nice! The 4th floor was extremely quiet! Have never been in such a quiet facility. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast was great and the room extremely comfortable. Loved the walk in shower!

Very clean hotel. Welcoming and helpful staff. Great location that was close to shopping snd restaurants. Well lit parking with zero parking cost!!! Included breakfast was a plus.

The wifey said the bed could've been more comfortable. I was like "WHAT"..... it was in the middle....sleep number would have been better. Also, a price dispute but, after a little investigation La Quinta/Hawthorne showed me love and Made it right.
Breakfast was exceptional. The room and hotel as a whole was a vibe. Decor was modern and nice . Very satisfied and I'm a very clean (neat freak) and the place freaked my freak.

The only problem I had was opening the refrigerator in the breakfast area. Which was pretty funny. Boy that thing seals great! Other than that. I don’t feel that there is anything to improve on.
The hotel was very easy to get to. And to have the fun flex right next door was a huge bonus. The hot breakfast was delicious. And they had plenty of other options to choose from if you did not want that. And there was plenty of seating. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The king bed was extremely comfortable. Very beautiful and clean hotel. I was very happy with my stay. If I had time? I would have stayed another day just to hang out at the hotel. I will be coming back for another stay.
