Too much plastic. At breakfast only the plates weren't plastic, everything else was. No vegetables for breakfast, only eggs, sausages, potatoes, bagels, toast bread and packaged spreads.

We arrived by car and it's only possible to either park yourself on site or do valet. We opted for parking ourselves, which was 25 US$ per day. The hotel is next to the interstate, but you can reach Downtown by crossing a bridge next to the Nissan Stadium. There's a petrol station with a small supermarket across from the hotel. We liked that we were able to wash and dry our clothes at the hotel. Breakfast was okay.

Perfect Location to everything close walking distance to downtown broadway. Staff was excellent an very attentive. Would definitely stay there away. First time visiting Nashville

The internet sucks an so does the tvs. Can't watch a show without it bufferin every 5 or 10 mins. Been doin this since they opened. Was told they were workin on it 🤷🏻‍♀️

The ladies at checkin were amazing. We arrived early and were able to check in. Close enough to walk downtown, free breakfast, comfortable room at a reasonable price.

The location was great. While it was not directly in downtown Nashville, it was so close we were able to park the car on day 1 and walk every where very easily. It’s perfect if you’re going to events at Nissan Stadium or if you need easy access to downtown restaurants and attractions.

Booked with Bookings for my stay in Nashville. I then realized I had booked for arrival March 27 (the default day) not the day following. Immediately notified Bookings for a change of arrival date. Thought this would be an easy fix as I contacted them within 5 minutes of the error. NOT A CHANCE. All my 5 messages were ignored and the contact number was for the Hotel. They rightly explained that I needed to contact Bookings to fix. There is no phone contact number for Bookings.com As I was 1,000 kms away I could not get there. I'll never use Bookings again. Here's a tip. Use Bookings to get the hotel rate. Then call the Hotel directly. They will give you the same rate a and a better room. And you can actually speak to someone.. NOT A BOT in Amsterdam.

Hotel quadruple charged my card and when called the front desk and manager couldn’t rectify the issue, told me to call my bank on Monday and charges should fall off. Saw a worker making a sign for $100 cash for parking for an event.

The TV kept glitching out, I guess it was through wifi, but very annoying. The noise from the interstate.

Very clean. Within walking distance to stadium and town. Has breakfast which is very good. The bar area is nice and the food is very good.

My only complaint is that the beds were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as rock. One step up from sleeping on the floor. They did not have any mattress pads or anything to offer up to make it better. The gal at the front desk, tried her best by giving us some extra pillows and comforter, but it just did not do the job. I have been at other hotels where they can give you some kind of egg crate to help. It would’ve been nice if they had something because in Nashville we did so much walking and we did not get good night sleeps. My husband was miserable. Luckily we were in a king suite so we had a little couch with a hida bed. We moved that mattress and put it on top of of our bed, but it still really did not help. The most comfortable thing in the entire room was the couch itself which my husband did not fit very well on. Not to mention this was a romantic getaway for us, so the last thing we wanted to have to do was Sleep separately. Because of the beds, we likely can’t stay at that hotel again, which is unfortunate.
