Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

CanadaBooked with Bookings for my stay in Nashville. I then realized I had booked for arrival March 27 (the default day) not the day following. Immediately notified Bookings for a change of arrival date. Thought this would be an easy fix as I contacted them within 5 minutes of the error. NOT A CHANCE. All my 5 messages were ignored and the contact number was for the Hotel. They rightly explained that I needed to contact Bookings to fix. There is no phone contact number for Bookings.com As I was 1,000 kms away I could not get there. I'll never use Bookings again. Here's a tip. Use Bookings to get the hotel rate. Then call the Hotel directly. They will give you the same rate a and a better room. And you can actually speak to someone.. NOT A BOT in Amsterdam.

United States of AmericaHotel quadruple charged my card and when called the front desk and manager couldn’t rectify the issue, told me to call my bank on Monday and charges should fall off. Saw a worker making a sign for $100 cash for parking for an event.
Breakfast was great and available seating.

United States of AmericaMy only complaint is that the beds were VERY uncomfortable. Hard as rock. One step up from sleeping on the floor. They did not have any mattress pads or anything to offer up to make it better. The gal at the front desk, tried her best by giving us some extra pillows and comforter, but it just did not do the job. I have been at other hotels where they can give you some kind of egg crate to help. It would’ve been nice if they had something because in Nashville we did so much walking and we did not get good night sleeps. My husband was miserable. Luckily we were in a king suite so we had a little couch with a hida bed. We moved that mattress and put it on top of of our bed, but it still really did not help. The most comfortable thing in the entire room was the couch itself which my husband did not fit very well on. Not to mention this was a romantic getaway for us, so the last thing we wanted to have to do was Sleep separately. Because of the beds, we likely can’t stay at that hotel again, which is unfortunate.
The location was excellent. Everything was super clean and nice.

United States of AmericaHow loud it was being right off the highway. How you could head every door open and close. How you could hear people walking up and down the hallway. How you could hear people talking in the hallways, in the rooms. But also to be fair, there was alot of weddings, and Soccer stuff going off so the people where being g extra loud, so maybe on normal nights you can't hear as much. I would most definitely stay again. The hotel is beautiful and has great amenities. Restaurant with great food, bar with great staff, breakfast with delicious food. Valet who is polite, professional, and prompt, a pool which I heard was great. Like I said just the sound was the only down fall for me.
I loved the location, easy access to downtown Nashville, about 1 mile to the center of Nashville. Right across from the stadium. Janice (night clerk ) was a dream loved her, wonderful. The gentleman working the bar Friday night(wish I would have gotten his name) I want to say thank you a million times over for getting my husband's phone after he left it at the bar. To the Security guard working Friday night I hope you get a raise you deserve it, thank you for taking the time to look for my drunk husband. Lol To the management of this property you should train all of your employees like these three. They took the time and the care for me and my husband two complete strangers, but help both of us out when they did NOT need or have too. For thank I thank and bless all three of you!!

United States of AmericaI knew ahead of time from reviews I read. I did get a room on the expressway side. So traffic was loud. But this wouldn't stop me from staying here again. The TV also glitches like the reviews stated. It was only me and my husband so we were fine.
The room size was awesome. The location was great. The workers at the breakfast area were amazing from food to clean up. It was kept real clean.

United States of AmericaBroken parts to....??? Where in bathroom no one ever came to check. Only had hot water in the shower not the sink. Yes we had a corner king suite but with the winds being so high the room never got above 68 degrees. Again reported it no one ever came. Also I'm home now and I'm still waiting on extra towels that never showed up. Then the pulling in to unload and go in to the garage is clearly marked with arrow making it all one way. Some bozo was doing it backwards. Reported it to gentleman at the stand and he never did anything about it because he was to busy arguing on his phone. There was almost an accident with that hotel guest and the Uber driver we were waiting on. I multiple times requested to speak to a manager or have him/her call me still waiting.
Great location to broadway and easy for the hockey game. Great commute to the airport also.

United States of AmericaParking was a problem sometimes because access to the parking garage was often blocked by the cars of people checking in and the valets weren't always present to let people into the garage and let them know they could access the lobby from the parking garage. The breakfast food quality is fairly typical of a hotel breakfast. It was well-stocked and warm but not a lot of protein options, too much bread.
Lots of onsite parking connected to the hotel - didn't have to go outside to reach the car. It's always nice to have the option of breakfast in the morning. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly. This would be my go-to if I were in town for a Titans game.

United States of AmericaThe TV was infuriating. We could not find a menu or list of stations or shows. The worst thing was it kept freezing up and when it finally resumed you would have missed the story line. I think it is on WiFi and it was terrible.
