Location to airport. Check in was easy & staff members very helpful in booking free airport transfer. Good service. Good distance from Chicago centre so only book if in transition through the airport.

We stayed here for a concert. It was very convenient to walk there. The room was very nice and the bed was very comfortable.

Having to pay an additional $20 for parking. Late check out is an option but the fee is almost as much as an additional night.

They need to put rubber bushings around the flagpole Clasp. to stop the clinging when the flag is blowing.

We picked this hotel because of the airport shuttle. We waited 45 mins. We kept calling the hotel and they would not pick up. So we were freezing and tired at 12:30am. (Our flight was delayed) we ended up paying $35 for a taxi plus tip. We pulled up and the agent was outside smoking and no one was at the desk to check us in. We were told there was no shuttle after 9pm after the front desk agent came in from Smoking.Our flight left Newark after 9pm and we booked the hotel because of the distance from airport as well as the free shuttle. Booking.com should alert customers of the fact that shuttles that don’t run past a certain time.

Breakfast was ok. It was not great. Room was comfortable and very clean. Loved the whimsical art work. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

I booked this hotel for one night upon my arrival at the airport- maybe all I am writing here can be avoided if you book this place way in advance. There is a shuttle FROM the airport, but times are almost impossible to find out (I have attached one photo of the schedule from December 2023, maybe they could keep this info up to date in the booking confirmation?!). I contacted the hotel over 45 minutes several times to find out where and when the shuttle leaves exactly (mail, booking-messenger)- I was offline outside the airport so I kept running in and out with two large and heavy bags, at 9.30pm. No one answered and I had to take an Uber after one hour of hoping someone would reply. Apparently the exit 5 would have been right, but there was no shuttle and also no one I asked knew the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel (careful you tell the driver the correct name, there’s another one with almost the same name!!), the person at the reception didn’t really care at all. Sorry, but that is unacceptable. The shuttle TO the airport however was great, driver friendly and fun. It all was due to the lack of communication from the reception desk. Two days later a reply came, saying “we do what we can” - ridiculous. Disappointing really.

The hotel is quite close to the airport, which was good for me. There is a shuttle from and to the airport (more below). The bed was very comfy, the room spacious, there is a fridge and the bathroom looks almost new and was very clean. I had to leave super early in the morning, but the kind lady who started duty that day let me take some small things from the buffet already, a yogurt, some fruit, some small snack. And coffee was readily available too! Actually there is a small self-service bar with hot (warm) water for tea - very neat! They have a small “shop” where you can get some things like candy, crisps and various beverages, can be good for some! I didn’t use it though.

(1) Breakfast was a 6 out of 10 as free breakfasts go. Choice of fruit and bread was a bit limited compared to other breakfast included options I have experienced with other hotel groups. But given the competitive room price I suppose it was reasonable. (2) I found the room cold - room temperature controls were poor, could not increase temp to desired temperature, controls are not intuitive, no instructions provided.

Clean, modern hotel, great location to airport and shops and restaurants. Airport pickup every 30 mins was good. Good choice if you don't have a car and want to save on taxis. Friendly staff...

I think was ok for me and my wife,a lot of people maybe complained,but if they won't something better they should get more expensive hotels.

Location it's fine,not too far from airport, breakfast was good plain and simple, no complaints.
