We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWeek-end breakfast it was very good. Week-day felt as though breakfast was reused from weekend excess leftovers, that was stored in fridge and reheated. That was the only thing that fell short. The hotel was very good overall.
Hotel was very good in all respects and very good value for money. Special shout-out for the person managing the breakfast. She was exceptional & took care of needs of each and every guest - including very small children. She really went far beyond what was expected. The hotel was very good overall. All Staff were very courteous & genuine.

Breakfast was typical for a hotel, nothing crazy but it wasn’t bad. We liked how the hotel was super clean and neat, and it’s relatively new so it made us feel extra comfortable. The staff were very welcoming as well! Would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaThe lights in the bedroom should be warm! Homeless shouldn't be at the breakfast, I paid a lot of money to be at that hotel to eat food and not share with homeless. I wasn't informed that I needed to request turndown service.
Room was clean and facility was clean, breakfast was nice. There was plenty of parking, staff was kind and always available. Bed was comfortable, Shower had nice pressure and I loved that you provided shampoo and soap. The pillows were so comfortable.
