Small bathroom, hard bed

Luved the indoor pool room was clean but mattress was not comfortable at all n the breakfast was good but but both mornings after 9:00 a.m. even though breakfast went till 10:00 there was never any sausage gravy left it was all gone and never refilled other than the mattresses that's my biggest pet peeve was the mattresses were not comfortable everything else was great

Room was shabby. Pull out sofa mattress cover was in poor shape and mattress grossly stained.

Mystery stains all over pull out sofa, out of date mattress in couch, and no covering on it, bit of mold underneath (I was eek out and didn't get to take a photo, my dummy brain lol). The closet door came off railing, and there's no actual tub (not sure if it was just my room or whole), only a shower. Tough with cleaning a 3 year old and under in a shower. Strange odor smell creeps in and out. I don't understand how a big company doesn't have "enough" funds to not update the rooms??? I know it's not the staff fault of the CEOs or whomever not care for their properties! Unless management is not stepping up to the plates!!! Not enough caring people in the world, money has rooted all to greed. With that being said, they can't afford enough employess to keep rooms up-to-date, not fair to staff to overwork them with a whole hotel, motel, and inn's to clean/maintenance. Customers pay too much money for outdated rooms and mystery stains. And surely employees are probably getting pocket change for their hard work. Shame on the States: Wish washy economic system of misery.

The pool was enclosed from the strong cool winds. Friendly employees, great location with ease of access 👍. The parking was great, the lobby was nice looking, and a travel guide in rooms with coupons and pillows was like clouds.

They put us in the absolute furthest room away from the elevator! I don’t know what was above or beneath our room but there was a high pitched sound that we could hear when trying to sleep. We didn’t notice until it was quiet, it was gone in the morning.

Front desk staff were super nice. They had a good breakfast selection in the morning. The hotel was clean.

I felt the pricing for one night should be lower. The wasn't a senior citizen discount.

Bathroom was still dirty. Hair in tub. And the fact the we were beside some that had a dog and the dog barked 75% of the night did not make for a great night sleep. When I address it with the front desk at 7 a.m. she was like are you checking out and nothing more.

Breakfast was the best hotel Breakfast we have ever had.

The hotel was great until they charged my card $1,087.69 and not $108.69 for one night. I understand mistakes happen but now I’m having to wait 3-5 business days for those funds to be refunded. I appreciate the manager taking quick action but it’s created an inconvenience for me.

The first room we had kids above us on the third floor running around but they were cute a lot of kids there this weekend so they moved us which we appreciate it until the 3rd floor so it was much better very quiet didn't have any problems

We arrived and didn’t have enough towels in our room. Never any towels at the pool. We had 5 people in our room (3 kids), was given no bedding for the pull out couch. After waiting over 30 minutes for bedding we were given a sheet with blood and hair on it. The next morning we wanted to sleep in and where someone previously set the alarm the hotel did not turn off and we were woke up at 5:45am.

Bed were very comfortable, and overall pretty quiet. Perfect for a weekend get away.
