It may be time for another update. There was standing water outside the tub. I mentioned it and was told it was probably from cleaning the rooms recently, since they were running behind. But it happened everytime i took a shower. Theres no storage in the bedroom.

The location is good. Two TVs are great, even if it was just me.

Loved that it was pet friendly because I also like to travel with my dog, but could still smell a previous pet’s urine in my room. Just maybe could have been a little more deeply cleaned to eliminate smell. Also found some false eye lashes in my floor which I understand can be easily missed but it was a little creepy.

Hotel needed repairs. Bed was uncomfortable. And the bath tub had no safety strips to keep you from falling. My daughter fell.

The room was very clean. Hotel was nice. Staff was so very friendly. Location was close to restaurants.

Continental breakfast did not have any hot food (eggs, bacon, etc).

Air conditioner only cooled the bedroom. Had to leave the bedroom door open to the sitting area to be comfortable and then the bedroom was too cold. The bathroom was also very small.

I did not like that the space were the pullout couch was unable to get any air from the a/c unit unless the door that leads to the bedroom was open

Roaches, lack of towels for 4 persons for 4 days(they gave us pool towels to use at night) Price was higher than usual for location and time of year. Later learned of increase in price due to softball and baseball tournaments Fridge control knob was broken so everything in fridge was frozen.

Convenient to the ball fields we needed to get to. Staff was helpful. Funky style. Decor. Waterfall and fish pond. Microwave in room didnt work but they changed it out for us.

Breakfast could have been better and our bathroom door wouldn’t stay shut.

The set up of the king suite was nice. Our teenagers were able to have their own space and we could go to sleep earlier while they watched tv later.

The TV wouldn't work and they never came to the room to look at it. They wanted us to just move rooms at 1130pm. They also came into our room before we checked out. We had left our portable charger in the room charging because we had planned on coming back to get it and possibly swim before checkout but when we came back at 930 the room was all stripped of linens and the charger was gone. Only thing they could say was to check our bags for it! I would understand if we had checked out but we hadn't yet.

The gas fireplace wasn’t going and that was one of the reasons we stayed here was to relax by the fire. Next you couldn’t enter the pool room from the outside even with your key card which was closer for us. And you can hear every sound out in the hallway, so good luck sleeping in!

The room smelled nice and clean when we got there. I cleaned the jacuzzi myself but it seemed to be clean! The bed was comfy and the room was huge!

1 of the beds squeaked as it was broken. Was pretty loud. Breakfast was plain and they ran out of hard boiled eggs both mornings of our stay.. Hallway on floor 1 smelled.

Upon entering the hotel seemed very clean. The evening front desk worker was super nice and helpful. As we started heading to our rooms, we started noticing the unswept hallways and a sticky spot on the floor from someone spilling something. The room was clean for the most part but lots of debris behind doors and in corners. Maybe I’m being picky but being a former housekeeper, these are things I had to clean correctly or go back and do it again until it was right. The beds were ok. Not terrible but definitely not the best we have slept in. The sofa bed our kids slept on was also not comfortable but that’s seems common with most places we stay at unfortunately. The pool smelled highly of chemicals and the paint was peeling from the ceiling. My guess is from poor ventilation. We had asked the morning front desk lady to ask our housekeeper if our trash could be taken out of our room and to get a couple extra towels and the front desk lady wasn’t the nicest….we have a special needs child so the trash piles up quickly. We never got our extra towels and the trash was still there after 8 hours out of the room. Breakfast was good. I think the only hot items were waffles and oatmeal. Overall, not the worst place we have stayed but for the price we paid, most likely will try somewhere else if we are ever to come back that way.
