The only drawback of this location is having to drive through a maze of parking lot to reach the building. It's not much of a complaint because it means there is ample parking for boats and trailers.

Comfortable and clean place to relax, with friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. Close to town and activities. This property is definitely worth more stars than it's listing.

Our television in our room did NOT work the entire three nights we were there, although at check-out we were given a reduction in our stay due to the inconvenience.

Staff cleaning the rooms were extremely polite and helpful.

Breakfast was a let down. The eggs were very rubbery. Would have been nice to have some unsweetened fruit such as a few bananas.

The room was quite large, very clean, pleasantly decorated. The spa was lovely.

The first room we stayed in had hairy and stained linens, the second had cobwebs on the wall and we wish the pool had been open, but the staff immediately remedied the first situation by upgrading us to a different room (which was seriously outstanding as we expected to just be given new linens like other hotels have done in this kind of situation and there were only a couple cobwebs in the second room up by the ceiling which I think I only noticed because I've been a housekeeper for 8 years) and the hot tub was being worked on so not their fault. Other than those few things it was a great stay. 😊

We got upgraded to a room that was similar to a small apartment and it was quite wonderful and other than some cobwebs on the wall, it was clean! It was very well equipped with a great layout and nice furniture, the bed was very comfortable and it was great having a bedroom that was separate from the living room and mini kitchen so I didn't wake my husband when I got up early. 😊 The staff were incredibly helpful and the location was spectacular! Overall it was quite wonderful! 😊

Always wish pool was warmer and wish there were mats as pool floor gets slippy.

Wish breakfast on weekdays went to 10. Wish there was a little bit more protein and also another waffle maker as there always is a line.we had deluxe rooms and they were awesome with a full kitchen. Had I known we only would of needed 1 then our rooms would have been closer so please accurately describe those on web site.

Hmmm… I would say the hot tub could be turned up a couple degrees and the wallpaper in our room needed replacing but otherwise it was fabulous as always. So grateful to have a place three hours from home that is so reliably pleasant. Also, exceptionally clean! Thank you!!!

We love staying here. Great service, cleanliness & pet-friendly when/if we have our pets. Especially regarding pets, they’re our fur babies and it means a lot to know they’re not only allowed but are spoiled! Our 4 y/o furless child loves the pool and hot tub. It’s a convenient location (albeit hard to navigate to if you don’t know where you’re going… kind of tucked behind some other businesses, but once you know where it’s at it’s the perfect stay). When we come to Spokane area we always stay there regardless if it costs us a 30-minute drive into Spokane. Just a wonderful place. The front desk folks have always been extremely pleasant and breakfast included is great! We’ve never had anything but exceptional service. We really appreciate you all making our stays so wonderful.

When a young guy was in charge. dirty,not stocked,no syrup. Apparently was a maintenance guy and didnt like doing the breakfast room when the female co worker was off.
