We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Most of the staff were very unfriendly and not helpful. We traveled with family and they checked in the night before so we wanted to get a room close to theirs because we have little kids that would be going back and forth. So around 1:30 or 2pm we went to office to explain and ask if there was any way to get close or at least on same floor and the lady was trying to be understanding and help but someone came out from behind and said something. So I asked if that was ok the lady checked and said she was going to give us a room 3 doors down from our family I said that's great thank you! I said I know its a hour early but if its ready we can go ahead and check in if that's ok. She looked at the other lady they talked for a minute then she said oh no it won't be ready till after 3pm. I then said ok we will be back thank you! We came back at 3:15pm and went to check in it was a different lady all together so I said I came in earlier and she was going to get us 3 doors down from our family she looked and said that there wasn't anything available and that she only had something on the second floor. I said are you sure because it should have been in there we were just here about an hour ago. so we didn't get a close room we had to walk stairs with little kids all day and night which wasn't to bad but I just wish it would have been better to just be close and spend more time together, that's my only compliant shouldn't tell customers one thing get their hopes up and then do another thing. We wasted our time coming in and talking to staff about the reservation when we didn't even need to it did get us anything different. WE have always traveled together to a lot of different hotels and haver never not been close when we have requested it other than this time. We went in early so the staff could have time to work it out.
Was clean and neat love location and beach assess. Pool is great for younger kids. Breakfast was good other than the waffle mix was VERY watered down and made a mess trying to make.

No water pressure to take a shower. Brand new bath vanity which was very nice except it wasn’t attached to the wall and kept banging the wall when using the sink. The sinks drain stop you couldn’t move so the water didn’t drain. Would eventually go down.

The room had and odor to it smelled like mold. House keeping did not do a good job at cleaning the room. Overall it was okay. Would stay again for another short trip

Dirty hot tub! Water was very dirty! Pool was freezing cold. After check out we stayed by the beach. Went in to change my daughter and the bathroom goes out of order. The front staff was rude that the restroom was out of order. They just didn’t want us to use the restroom because we were checked out.

Price. We went during the collegiate cheer and dance championship and prices were way too high- over $400 per night was price gouging.
Oceanfront view room had a beautiful view, beds were comfortable, staff friendly, free breakfast was a good value.

Room was not ready for check in until 5:30 pm then the room I was given the toilet did not work and could not get it fixed until the next morning. Had to go across the street to use the restroom. When talking to the front desk attendant the woman was extremely rude and offered no help just said maintenance would not be there until next morning. Did not offer to move my room or give me a discount on first nite without a toilet.

The floors in the room were tile and with the hotel on the beach it made it impossible to keep the floors without sand everywhere. Some rugs beside the beds would’ve been great.

Housekeeping only clean my room one time in 11 days I had to ask for toilet paper towels and bedding and do it myself and I spent $1,800 to stay there I felt that was a little crazy and when I asked to have my room clean my bedding changed the room suite the housekeeping was extremely rude about it. I've stayed in the same brand hotels cranberry township Pennsylvania and and staff was incredibly nice and the hotel was cleaned daily.

Laundry wasn't working, had to waste a morning of my trip at a laundromat. Floors weren't clean, our feet were black within the first hour in the room. Hot tub was out of service.
