Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe arrived at 2PM w/check in at 3PM. We were told they couldn't check us in until 3 as they were too busy the night before and didn't have the rooms ready. They finally did assign us a room and gave us our keys only because we just wanted to know we had a room, that we didn't even want to go to the room until after the concert at Winstar Casino. We were glad that we were just sleeping there, not lounging around there as there was only 1 chair. Breakfast was ok. Tables weren't clean so we had to wipe the counter table off. We were surprised that a Quality Inn wasn't better and the cost was at least $10 too much for what they offered.
Actually, had I known that there was a Hampton Inn in the same area, I would have booked it instead.

United States of AmericaMany other reviews said the beds are comfy and I disagree. The bed was too firm and hurt my back. I ended up having to sleep on top of the comforter just to add a little more cushion. They really need to invest in some pillow topper mattress covers. The pillows were uncomfortable and tiny too. The room's furniture was a little dated and the shower had very little water pressure. Made for a disappointing shower. And when I was downstairs checking out, two other people were at the front desk saying they had no hot water in their rooms and they were sending maintenance, which in reading through other reviews, this seems to be a common problem at this hotel.
The room was big! We got the King Deluxe Suite, so my two teen sons could have their own space. It was a very large bedroom (almost too big, as the tv was too small for the distance from the bed) and a living area. Also, for other's information, the suite does have a sofa bed. It didn't state that in the listing, so I called and asked before booking the room. The kids slept on the queen sofa bed in the living area. They had their own tv too. Also, the bathroom could be accessed from both rooms, which was nice, so that we didn't have to walk through each other's spaces at night if we needed the bathroom. Room actually had decent blackout curtains, unlike a lot of places I've stayed at recently and even though we were right on a major highway, I didn't hear it when sleeping that night. The A/C in both rooms worked well and was sufficient to cool the large rooms. The breakfast was good overall. They offered muffins, sausage patties, red velvet pancakes (which was big hits with my teen boys), scrambled eggs, ect.

United States of AmericaThe only complaint is that one of the front desk guys suggested his own Uber driver that he had business cards for. I wouldn’t recommend using this guy because it cost $60 for a 10 minute drive. Pretty sure it was a scam for extra money.
I thought the hotel itself was perfect for our stay and was clean and kept up with. The room was nice and had everything we needed. The breakfast was good and multiple options to choose from.

United States of AmericaThe biggest complaint we have is the overwhelming aroma of Fabuloso they use to clean. My husband and I have asthma really bad. When we got to our room, the aroma was worse. We had to sleep with our window open. They need to pressure wash the front entrance from all the pigeon poo. Fix the rails at the hot tub.
This was probably the best hotel I've stayed at in Gainesville. The staff was very friendly. They offer breakfast.
