United States of AmericaFor starters, when we walked into the room, it had a very bad smell. So I continued to check the room notice that it was a cleaning issue in the entire room the bathroom tub has visible rust, which makes the tub look dirty. The carpet had different stains on it. The microwave was dirty, and the mini frig needed to be defrost. One of the green chairs around table is broken. I forgot to mention that the tub had 2 long skinny small black bugs not sure of the name of the bugs. The furniture either need to be cleaned (shampoo) or replaced. There was no phone in the room to call front office. I went to store to get lysol to spray the entire room after seeing all the cleaning issues. At the end of the night went to pull couch bed out there was already used dirt sheets and blanket with a hold in sheet and something light red on sheets. Thats when I tried to call the front office at that time couldn't find phone so i called from my phone. Now the night guy really didnt understand me so I hung up took all the dirt linen to front office and he was a understanding and did give me clean linen. He had guess come in so I waited to they left to speak to then cause I didnt want to discuss the issue but I did report all the issues and concerns. My sisters lives in the apartments behind this hotel and she said instead of booking in Rockwall please come closer to me thats how I new about the hotel. The reason for the stay is we had a granddaughter that was in town that hadn't seen family in a longggg time so we decided to find a room that had a pool. Perfect location since it was close to my sister and had a pool. The pool jacuzzi was dark greenish brown very very dirty and around the pool area could use some power wash to remove all thw dark dirt stains even a lil paint. Last but not least after family left and it was time to put my grandbabies to bed there was no sleep for me.
The manager that checked us in was friendly thats the only reason I gave a 2

United States of AmericaBreakfast had no options everyday it was microwave eggs and gray sausage links/patties. The waffle batter was bland. Only fresh fruit was banana and they only put out so many at a time. It was the same chocolate chip muffins the whole stay. Toaster didn’t work. Room was very dirty. I stay in room 218. I had to take my own Clorox wipes and clean the table, night stands and doors. The doors and phone haven’t been cleaned in ages. The fridge had a smell didn’t even bother using it.

United States of Americaour deadbolt was broken, door was wide open when we walked up to it the first time. room appeared to have a surface clean (sheets, pillows, quick wipe down of counter and bathroom sink) but did not smell good, pull out bed cane w no pillows and I could not get anyone to bring me any after two calls downstairs. Tub was rusted and pealing, TVs were sooo far away from the bed that it wasn’t even worth straining your eyes for.

I liked the free parking and the jacuzzi area.

United States of AmericaEverything was bad. Breakfast bad, rooms dirty and disgusting, it smells bad, gave us terrible allergies and my husband an asthma attack. Broken toilet, musty carpets throughout the 3rd floor. They overcharged me, charged me for 5 days on a 3 day stay, and this was after I complained. Housekeeper lied to manager and said they checked on us when they Never did. Not once. Taking the last of my money is just cruel to a mom on a budget. Terrible stay. Don't do it.
The place looks brightly lit and well decorated but don't be fooled, the rooms are crap.

United States of AmericaThe Manager Jeffrey was great and kind. The desk clerk Ann was so sweet. So was the gentlemen sorry i forgot his name he was nice too.. The room was emaculate clean , beds were comfortable. Bathroom was clean , room was perfect. It was really hot outside and the room stay at a perfect temperature. They had a good breakfast. I have no bad comments. We will definitely stay there again. Oh by the way the inside pool , it was very clean and so was the hot tub. Very very good place to stay and safe. Love it there. 5 stars plus for us.

United States of AmericaWhen we first walked in to check in after 10pm we didn’t see anyone but a man sleeping in the lobby. After standing there for about 5 minutes waiting to see if anyone was going to come check us in I saw the guy sleeping had a name tag on his shirt. I woke him up and asked if he works there. Come to find out he was the one working the front desk. The beds were not comfortable at all. They were hard and the pillows were horrible. One of the spreads had two big holes in it. The breakfast wasn’t good. The air conditioner didn’t work properly, it kept cutting off and on. On our very last night my baby girl found someone else dirty boxer shorts in the bathroom. I’m assuming it was someone who stayed before us. It was all girls with me.

United States of AmericaMy room was on the second floor. There were plenty of stains on the hallway carpet, and especially across from my room. The AC in my room was very loud and I could not rest. Second day had to sleep without it on in order to get a good night sleep. Also the breakfast bar needs improving. selection was VERY limited and not TASTY. We did not engage in breakfast the second day.
