Trina’s customer service was exceptional! She corrected our booking problem, hand delivered towels to our room and was so thoughtful to bring extras for our long hair and makeup wipes too! After days in the canyon hiking, these little acts of kindness went a long way! Please give her our gratitude!!

It was a 25-min drive from Zion National Park. There was no outdoor sitting area. The pool area was unattractive and the water was cold.

The bed has some kind of metal clips that are sticking out and it’s painful when you hit them. It actcut my skin twice.

There were complimentary breakfast and parking on site. The room is clean and comfy. Location is very near to the Zion National Park and can easily drive to get food and necessities in Springdale or La Verkin.

The bed was broken.. We had a kingsize bed, and although it was good enough to sleep through the night there was a massive crater/dent in the center of the bed that it felt if you put too much pressure it would crack. It definitely needed to be replaced. However we never said anything, so its on us for not asking for another room.

I think the hotel lobby was very clean, breakfast choices were standard. It was a good location considering how close it was to Zion Park. Had everything we need. the room was very big and the staff was friendly!

Toilets were not flashed well We could get a better price for the room if we would not book it in advance (we saw an offer in booking a day before our arrival with a much cheaper price for the same room)

The bathroom could use a bit of deep cleaning, but it wasn't terrible.

Our room was overall very comfortable, had a fridge and microwave, and was pet friendly (with well maintained potty areas which is awesome). We appreciated the free breakfast, pool area, and free parking. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion, and was much more reasonably priced than closer hotels.

Breakfast of poor quality. Lots of plastic packed products, mainly sugary stuff. Poor choice. No stairs available to be used. We were forced to use elevator (one floor only). Only one was working and it was super slow.

Very nice rooms: specious, nice decor, very comfortable beds, super clean. Good location: 30min drive to the Zion park entrance. Very friendly staff Water dispenser available to re-fill your bottles. Also, coffee, tea and flavoured water at the lobby.
