We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Bed wasn’t the greatest.

To put staff in the shower to hold on to it was sleepery and I has to hold on to the curtain rail. A place to put the soap and the shampoo in the shower it will be nice. I want to use the laundry machine it was broken so i has to take my dirty clothes with me maintenance need to be on top of it

It was very noisy. Some of the guests were loud and apparently there was an issue that involved vacuuming at 10PM.

The breakfast didn't have protein but a lot of carbs some people that can't have carbs didn't have any choices to choose from.
The cleanliness and the location the atmosphere was awesome .

Post sign near elevator to politely remind guests to be considerate of others who may be sleeping behind the doors they are passing and to use quiet voices. This is a common problem.
La Quinta is close enough to attractions and the beach. It is a well maintained, clean, safe place to stay.

The Wi-Fi was very poor. I had to use my cell phone hotspot to connect my Amazon fire stick. Also the tv volume was restricted to the max of 18. Doesn’t go no higher. I don’t know if it was just that room.

I didn’t like the fact of when I booked the room I was told there would be two beds a sofa and etc and everything on the site when booking was not there nor available and that’s extra money that I could have used to get a cheaper room due to everything being extremely high cost
I like the fact that it was clean and there was a walking restaurant in distance, and that I was able to use the washer and dryer before leaving and not having to travel back with dirty clothes

The air conditioning did not work. Woke up sweating in the middle of the night but did not want to have them come up to the room while my kids were asleep so i didnt call the desk. I only stayed one night so i figured it wasnt worth the complaint.

The breakfast was a bit lacking compared to other hotels and overly crowded with not enough seating. Most days, there were no scrambled eggs and we never saw sausage, bacon, or muffins. When something ran out, it was not replenished (milk for cereal, coffee, yogurt, bananas, bagels, etc.). The staff working the breakfast bar were unfriendly and at times, rude. For instance, I was making a waffle and halfway through, the attendant turned it off because it was time to close the breakfast area - no words, she just grabbed it and turned it off. We stayed for 6 days and our room was never cleaned. We had to take towels to the front desk for them to replenish them. Same with toilet paper.
We loved the location to the beach (a short walk) and the cleanliness of the room.

The rooms are outdated, and the bathroom was very small (king bedroom).
The staff was friendly, and the location is far enough away from the beach chaos to be quiet but close enough to go out and have fun.

Breakfast is not the best, is not the worst also, let say is on average level. Scramble eggs and pancakes was the core. But everything is amazing. I recommend this hotel.
Room was excellent. The beds were large and very comfortable. The beach is very closed. It's clean and very good.

I’ve NEVER stayed at a hotel that didn’t have daily room tidying and bed makeup. Was more than a little surprised at that. Even had to put our own trash out in the hall! However, this was not a deal breaker and would crystal here again.
