The bathroom toilet was backed up the whole time we were there. They tried to resolve the issue but was unable to. It was no fault of theirs. They were very apologetic because they could not resolve the issue. The plumbers worked on it the whole time we were there.

The room was fully furnished with a kitchenette and all the necessities. Everything was neat and clean. The staff was great! Very friendly and eager to help.

Night Shift staff was very rude and unprofessional. When I went to the front desk to ask for a couple of bath towels, she asked me in a very rude manner how many were in my room, plus she was on her cell phone and never ended the call to take care of me, as she went to grab the towels she was talking to the person on her phone. I guess she didn’t like that I came right when she was on her lunch break eating. Other than that, everything was great.

First room had an unmade bed and bathroom with dirty towels on the floor.

When I went to check in First no one was there so long we were going to leave but we were so tired we waited the asst general manager was not very welcoming at all she acted like she was doing us a favor and did not want to be there very unprofessional behavior would Not recommend staying here.

The hotel is undergoing improvements , but it really was a nice stay.

The breakfast was very nice. My husband selected some fruit and muffins. The location was ideal. We had to attend a funeral was the purpose for the stay there, But if the need ever exists to go back we will certainly chose this hotel. Maybe for the PNG 50 year Class reunion that had to be put on hold due to covid in 2020. Now rescheduled for Spring of 2021 I believe.

The hallway carpet needs replacement .

Room was good but as it was on 1st floor , our view was not good . My room also was missing hair dryer which I requested at the reception and the staff was courteous enough to bring a new one . Breakfast was good & healthy choices were offered . we also had a blast at pool . Amenities were good .Beds were comfortable.

1) in room phone did not work. Reception did not care 2) bathroom door did not lock 3) front desk was indifferent 4) hotel was pretty empty but they put other guests into the room next to us. Rooms were connected by a door. The folks in the other room partied all night. No way to contact the reception. I don't know why they put another group in an adjoining room when the whole hotel was empty. Never staying in this brand again

I checked in after 10pm just needing to get a good nights sleep before driving the next day. The staff that checked me in told me check out was 12 noon. I was woken up 3 times that morning, first at 6AM, then at 9:30 and 10:30 by housekeeping staff. I made a complaint to the check out staff but she said she’d see what the manager wanted to do about the alarm that was pre-programmed for 6AM, and didn’t offer me anything for my uncomfortable stay.

The rooms were well decorated and had everything you’d need for comfort.
