First room we were out in didn’t have a working toilet but employee was helpful and switched us quickly. Slight hassle but great customer service.

Not enough pillows for a King bed, and the ones we got were small.

Good breakfast compared to many other hotels. The room was clean and the hotel smelled good and looked clean in general. There was a snack/drink area where you could buy alcoholic drinks, regular drinks and snacks.

Parking space can be difficult to find if you are a late arrival. Excessive pet fee of $50/ day that should be clearly stated online. Pool area seating / furniture was average and lacked imagination for the size of the area.

Well appointed and comfortable room and lobby. Very good breakfast options. Convenient and safe location.

The air conditioner was loud, the pillows were too small, and the couches were itchy. I requested for clean towels for the next day and my room was never touched or restocked. We also encountered a couple of woman fighting in the hall near our room and they were drunk, they woke us up with their screams

The bathroom had what looked like mold on the ceiling and hair on the ceiling. Room service was delayed and took us asking a couple times (we were there for the week) to get them to do it.

The pool was really nice to relax in while also watching kids if you have any. Breakfast was a really nice spread of options. Pretty close to everything we needed or wanted to see.

That I couldn't plug in my hair dryer and curling iron anywhere but in the bathroom so had to wait for my friend to finish her shower before I could do my hair.

The room and bath were good size with space to move around.

Room location was in the furthest bldg. Hotel wasnt full. We, had to request anything we needed, towels, shampoo, coffee etc.

The pool was outside , all the laquinta inns have had a pool indoors. It's was pretty cold that week so we couldn't take the grandkids swimming. It was unfortunate, but we made do.

It was close to the airforce base

The breakfast was better than most places, but they kept running out of things. Maybe they were short staffed.

We stayed 2 days then went to Bisbee and returned for another 3 days. The first 2 days we were in the front, which had a lot of traffic noise. On our last three days, I requested a room in the back, with a Mountain View. We loved that room.

The hotel needs to work on keeping the patios and pool cleaner. Minor things in the rooms need tending to.

Carpets either need a good cleaning or replacement. I would not walk on it barefoot. Need some work keeping the breakfast foods stocked and area clean but I liked the variety. Pool was not heated. I cannot go in water that cold.

Good counter space in the bathroom. The room itself was spacious and we had a great view of the mountains. I appreciated the extra coffee in the room as well as fridge and microwave. Staff was helpful and attentive. Gym was clean and had adequate equipment. Breakfast had multiple options and hot protein.
