We had a few issues with the front desk. Gave us keys to an occupied room first and then told us wrong pricing of the the shuttle to downtown. The breakfast was a choice of 4 hot items, no menus available. No cereal or yogurts. Coffee was in take away cups. Not a good breakfast.

It was just a short walk over the bridge to Saint George Street. The hotel was bright, modern and clean. The bedrooms were large and every convenience with fridge and coffeemaker. The beds were comfortable.Shuttle available to go downtown. Parking was easy.

I like a cappuccino from room service in the morning, however there was no room service, the front desk offered to make one, but said they didn’t really know how. There is a nice picture of one on the website.

The tv was weird, between not having a remote and suppose to use your phone instead, but then also when trying to turn the tv off it just kept turning back on? Ended up unplugging it. Also the shower situation was interesting, there’s like a glass swinging door as the curtain. Really nothing serious to complain about!

The location was quite close, probably about a ten minute walk to cross the bridge and get to where the historic district is. There are also some cute spots nearby like a craft beer and grilled cheese arcade. The hotel overall was clean and staff was friendly.

Unfortunately, we were not advised the restaurant was undergoing renovations, so we could not have our company Christmas dinner, as we planned. It was closed the night we arrived, which was also the only night we stayed in town.

The location is a 10-minute walk over the Bridge of Lions into downtown St. Augustine. The property is clean and comfortable. There really is no "lobby". The registration, bar, and restaurant are all on the same floor (1st floor) above the garage parking.

Neighborhood was run down and with the exception of one or two places for the most part the stores/restaurants were shabby at best. I was not comfortable walking in the area, especially in the evening -so we didn't

There was an excellent taco place across the street

Although recently renovated, the property does look “tired”. Some face lift is required - sun chairs by the pool, bathrooms inside the rooms

Ten property is nice and clean. Staff is friendly. Location is good - right across the bridge from downtown.

The walls are pretty thin and we could hear other guests. It was more of a walk over the bridge into the center than expected but it was ok except for when it rained. It looks like they had a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk or drive... we didn't inquire.

Nice, clean hotel with free parking just outside of the main tourist hub. The staff was nice and let us check in a little early. The bed was comfy.

    Need to hire more staff.

The hotel was under staffed and yet this one woman worked long hours and was very pleasant and responsive. She deserves a raise - she was the front desk staff, hostess, waitress, cleared tables etc.
