That the website said it had a hot tub and even had a picture of one and did not have one. That was one reason I picked the hotel.

We were a family; but given a room at the end of the hall by the outside door. The door kept me up all night. It was slammed through out the night and early in the morning. Perhaps that door should remain locked at 11:00 pm, also. The bathroom was a mess. It was a handicap shower. The mess was due to the water running out and spreading all over the floor. We had to lay our towels to direct the water flow to the outer drain. We were out the next day and returned to find the mess and sopping wet towels on the bathroom floor. The cleaning crew left the towels and we had to carry all the soaked towels to the front and request new ones. It was obvious they needed to be picked up and to leave clean ones but they didn’t. We were told it was because they only change linens and towels every third day. It was frustrating but at least we were able to get fresh towels from the night attendant.

The indoor pool was our reason for choosing this location. It was clean and good size.

The first day we didn't get our room serviced, maybe because they have a confusing policy. If you want to reuse the towels, must hang the do not disturb sign. In that case neither, the towels get changed nor the bed and bathroom get cleaned.

Having a fridge and microwave, bathroom looks new, nice bed and linens.

Breakfast was very sparse - no variety to choose from compared to other hotels we have been to on this trip! No water pressure in bathroom but shower still worked ok!

For the price paid, I didn’t expect to see stained hallway floors and walls. I thought breakfast would be fuller. It wasn’t horrible but it was a step above continental. The TV wasn’t the greatest and the remote had most of the buttons worn off but we only had to stay one night so it was nothing to complain about. 

Great customer service. Comfortable beds. Roomy. Nice bathroom. Excellent air-conditioning. Quiet. Easy check in and check out. Nice lobby.

The Indiana lady she is very rude likes it unbelievably how mean she is.

The room was exceptionally nice. Breakfast was only good when certain workers cooked. The staff the black man that works over night, hate I don't know his name however he was wonderful. The morning clerk Indiana lady is beyond rude and unfriendly. She probably shouldn't do customer service because she lacks it.

The cleaning crew in the morning staged their duties right outside our door, woke us up with all their very loud talking and carrying on for what seemed to be an hour or more.
