Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The whole place smelt of marijuana. You couldn’t escape the smell. The halls, elevator, and even in our room it was so strong smelling
The location was great for what we needed! The outside of the hotel is very pretty, the price was good.

Breakfast, they come knocking to early for cleaning the elevator get stuck too often. It only opens and closes the door like 20 times before it actually moves

The toilet overflowed but help came immediately. Breakfast was clearly budget and varied little during our stay. There was just not enough places to put out suitcases and carry-ons. There was a desk, but the A/C blew directly on it. A table with two chairs would have been very helpful, but there would be no place to put it. The recliner really was not that comfortable.
The WIFI was good. The building had elevators. The room had a working refrigerator and microwave. The parking situation was much better than average. Housekeeping was promised everyday, but did not always come but were attentive when they did. The hotel was willing and able to extend our visit several weeks. The room was quiet with no road noise.

Sink water was cloudy. Waited to check-in for about 30 minutes.

It smelled terrible and was not clean. Between the mattress and the bed frame was an inch of dirt. When I went to plug in my phone I also noticed an inch of built up dirt surrounding the edges of the carpet around the entire room. I know we got the pet friendly room but just because we have a dog doesn’t mean we want to sleep in filth. Our dog is cleaner than that room.

The staff member working the day I arrived was barely paying attention and, when the back door lock wasn't working, blamed me for not swiping the card properly even though he had just said I was not the only person to report it having problems that night. Location is acceptable but if you leave the property for anything (meal, etc.) it's hard to get back because it's on a one-way access road along the highway and you have to loop around extra far.

The height of the bed is tall for some people who have limited mobility.

More breakfast options/variety would be good, and in general. Some things were depleted at 8 AM. Considering that I came in late at night for a one night stay, I wish the value was a bit better.
Friendly staff as well as a clean, comfortable king bed. The rooms were quiet, temperature and a/c fans were adjustable.

Bedding was clean but definitely worn and didn’t smell the best.
Location was easy but needs updated on the map apps. It was hard to locate using GPS.

There's not really a good view of anything. The lobby could use a little TLC. The staff is knowledgeable, but sometimes when booking on this website it doesn't cross over. Be careful there are other run down locations in the area. This one is pretty good.
This is a nice hidden gem. I like the location of it. It's by a lot of nice places we like to go. It's also near McCain Mall but on the back end so the traffic isn't bad.
