You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was spacious. It was in a sketchy part of town but the armed security was a nice addition. I felt safer. Bed was soft and comfortable. Dove products in showers.

United States of AmericaThe beds and chairs were SO uncomfortable. Rock hard. My hips hurt after sleeping on that mattress. For the age of the hotel and location I think it should have been about $20 cheaper a night. Also our Uber eats delivery driver stole our food. Not the hotel’s fault but maybe indicative of the part of town we were in.
It was fine for one night, the staff was nice, there was gated parking.

United States of AmericaI specifically picked this hotel (and paid more for it) so that I could sue the exercise room. Not treadmills were locked and they did not know how to get them to work. (Kudos to front desk for trying - she was even googling ways to get it out of Safe mode so that I could use them). But it didn’t work.
Room was great. Staff was friendly. Breakfast Persians as the BEST! She was so nice making sure everyone got hot food and what they wanted.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The carpets in the room had just been shampooed so it smelled a little like feet. Hot tub was nice and at the price, the room couldn't be beat.

United States of AmericaI felt that the breakfast could have been better, and that it was a little more to do inside the hotel itself. We didn’t get any extra towels for the nights that we stayed, when we used if not all, almost the first night. Also it was a bug in our bathroom, didn’t say anything to the front staff because it was the only one we saw and it was check out day anyways. But overall we had a nice stay.
I like the space of the rooms and the bed were also nice too. Every one kept to themselves, but also assisted with things that did occur and did it swiftly.

United States of AmericaYou can tell the place was newly renovated, but those renovations won't last more than 2 more years. Our room door never fully latched when we locked and closed it, so that lack of security was very concerning. The hotel was also completely out of hand/body soap, even in the main floor bathroom. When I asked the front desk about it, they apologized and confirmed they were out. May be a supply or management mistake, but not a good look.
The staff were remarkably kind and patient. The battery for our room's door lock had died, and the front desk attendee fixed the issue immediately. The cleaning staff is incredibly sweet too! Parking lot was well lit and the presence of security cameras did help despite the location. Love love that there is not a pet fee included, and there is a designated spot to take your four legged friend out to use the bathroom. Clean rooms too!

South AfricaTV and aircon did not work. In terms of aircon were were offered a discount or to move room. Since we had unpacked, we opted for the 15% discount. but I am yet to hear about this. The hotel said they let Booking.com know so I don't know if this has happened or not. I have not heard back from Booking,com. It is now 5 days later. In terms of the TV, the person on duty tried to fix it but had to keep leaving to help guests which in the middle of the night did not suit us so we told him to leave it for that evening. Then the next day we went out.
Spacious, clean rooms and bathrooms with comfortable big bed. Staff were also super helpful and friendly.

United States of AmericaThere was only one person working at 5p when we checked in and it was clear he was having to work as both front desk and maintenance. The TV didn’t work and the staff wasn’t able to do anything about it. Fortunately they did offer a discount on my stay. The breakfast was ok - would recommend passing on it and going elsewhere.
The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had all the expected amenities.

United States of AmericaOnly small slight issue was that I did not know I had to pay an 100.00 deposit fee for using my debit card. I wasn't prepared to pay that up front, but I was promised to get that back within 3-5 business days, so as long as I get my deposit back, the whole stay would be a great experience.
The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and I loved the room, I liked how they had updated amenities there with the usb chargers connected with the wall and light fixtures. Also, their alarm clock had a built-in Bluetooth feature that I loved cause I forgot to bring both my plug-in adapter to charge with and my mini Bluetooth speaker I normally take when on trips. They were out of pancakes when I woke up for the complimentary free breakfast, but the eggs, biscuits, and sausage were good!
