There were no luggage carts available at check-in or check-out, which caused me to make THREE trips to get all my stuff in/out. Pease buy more carts!

We have stayed here in the past. Seems like everything was cleaner and updated this time. Very nice surprise!

Both beds in our room. We’re in terrible need of being replaced. Looking at them or you could see a huge indentation.  if you liked feeling as if you’re in a recliner then it’s great.

Not happy with all the pets - especially when a pup peed in the elevator. I think motels are OK for animals but not a hotel with common areas and breakfast rooms. Also have never stayed in a hotel that charged a “damage fee” up front. I would also suggest having something in the room showing local restaurants. And the parking lot needs repaying.

Room was not very clean, refrigerator was overheating bcuz it was on, but door was open. Outdoor space was very unkempt. Trash and cigs everywhere.

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Hotel itself was clean aside from elevators. Flowers were beautiful and made outdoor area look better. Breakfast was good.

The property was kept as clean as possible, there were signs of wear and tear like carpet dirt and walls wearing in spots. But they did their best to keep it as clean as possible you can tell that! Breakfast in the morning you have to go down early or they would run short!

We were traveling to The Mall of America, the distance was only 7min. The property itself is an older property but it’s kept as clean as possible for being older. No bugs or anything like that! The beds we’re comfortable. Free breakfast was good.

Very busy weekend, great for the hotel but parking was fuller than usual. Still was able to find a spot in the large lot.

The breakfast set up was very crazy, there should have been someone in there directing people and cleaning the tables! Also running out of food and not replacing it 45 minutes before it ended was very annoying! It says until 9am so all the good should have been available until 9am!

There was a really gross stain on the side of one of our mattresses, thankfully the fitted sheet kept it covered for the most part. We stayed 3 nights, there was no room cleaning on our first day as expected. Then they showed up knocking just before 8 am on our second day (way too early to disturb guests in my opinion), we told them they'd have to come back later and they never did so we never had refreshed towels and just made our own beds. We were not informed that the Hot tub was down when we made our booking, it was only discovered when we read a sign at the front desk when we arrived which was a big disappointment. Turns out it has been down since at least January or February, it's now July this seems unacceptable when you advertise you have a pool and hot tub. The Pool used to be our favorite hotel pool as it has a good deep end (6ft). The skimmer or whatever it was called was out of it's place and sat at the side of the pool with a cone and caution tape on it. I don't feel like they are taking care of the pool like they used to and there is a chance it will go down soon too. Over the 3 nights we were there, there was a significant decline in the water quality, each day you could see the water getting cloudier. Pool Towels are also an issue, they were constantly out of towels, which is very frustrating. Also on our first night there was an issue with the phones and we couldn't call out to order a pizza or anything. The outside lines weren't working. Our 3rd night one of the elevators was down. They now have a no cash policy for the little convenience store and they do not let you charge items to your room, this wasn't ideal as we had to go all the way back to our room a few times and we were on the 16th floor.

Overall it's a nice hotel. We have stayed there before (2019) and loved it. That's why we decided to go back. The Breakfast was decent but very standard. Same items each day (coffee, tea, juice, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins, MYO waffles, scrambled eggs, sausages, apples). Rooms are spacious enough, the common areas of the hotel are always clean and the rooms were clean as well. It's nice and close to Mall of America and not too far from the Eagan outlet mall so it's convenient. The price we paid was worth it. Had we paid full price I wouldn't have felt the same.

Breakfast is horrendous--eggs were rubbery, everything had lots of sugar. One treadmill didn't work.

Nice large room. Good exercise room. Lots of parking. Easy access to airport and much of the Twin Cities. Staff was accommodating.

The breakfast seating area seemed much too small for that large of a hotel. The hot tub wasn't working.

It was not very clean. The bathroom wasn’t clean and the hallways. Maybe it was a busy weekend. It seemed pretty packed and full. Lots of people.

The room was clean and comfortable. Convenient location by the mall.
