    The second room we went to wasn’t much better . Beds very uncomfortable. Needs to be remodeled and new beds .

    The first room was moldy smelling and the ceiling had bad water stains .

    The guy that checked us in that night Matthew was amazing .

    Windows in the entrance were dirty. The sofa in the room was dirty and it had spots on it.

    the remote to the tv would power the tv on and off but not change channels so we had to watch whatever was on and the breakfast was so cold we couldn't eat it

    location was good i live here and just needed a break and romantic night and that is what we got in the jacuzzi room

    1st room wasn't clean, moved to a second room a/c didn't work, 3rd room was on second floor then elevator broke. Breakfast didn't include hot food

    The room was a good size, pillows were really soft

    CRUMMY BREAKFAST...see comments above. ☆ The television, while it had video, had sound quality so bad that we couldn't understand a word...just shut it off and listened to streaming on my phone.

    ROOM was nice and clean.. MATTRESS was VERY comfortable. ☆ BREAKFAST was meager, at best, and all carbs - waffles, bread, one bagel, cold cereal and instant oatmeal. There was 1 yogurt and a bowl of apples. A crummy breakfast is a deal breaker for us. We should have gone to McDonald's for a HOT breakfast sandwich. ☆

    Hotel needs updating. It was clean but smelled moldy. Condensation from the AC was running in the room causing it to be a fall harzard. The breakfast was offer,, no sausage, waffle mix was watery, no milk and juice machine wasn't working properly. The front desk staff appearance was very very unprofessional.

    they need better room service. like they need to check the rooms more often when where there . We slept of the Same sheets for 3 days and the trash was getting bigger and bigger . we ran out of towels and had to go get our owns like you suppose to be rooms services and get that for us . We asked for a another blankets they was like we was out then give us a thin hard rough brown blanket.. but our stay was fine they just need better rooms services that’s all .

    it was a good property the pool was nice and clean .. the rooms was clean when we first got there. The breakfasts was hot everything was okay .

    when ask if I could early check in they wanted to charge me a fee even though there were rooms available. I have stayed at this location several times before and have always been able to early check in with no added fee. I felt like someone was just trying to pocket the extra fee because it’s never been charged before.

    My first initial room had human and dog hair everywhere. I often wonder why hotels changed rules from no smoking to pet friendly when honestly both should be removed. The couch was full of dog hair and the bathroom full of hum hair. If y'all allow pets u should at least create a method for the next person to not know a dog was there prior to their check-in. The hotel has a horrible smell on second floor may need to consider pulling the carpet up. The second room I stayed in 221 A/C barely came on throughout the night it seemingly did what he wanted.

    small beds, damp musty room, felt very dated, very noisy.. I could hear a ball being bounced in the room above us at 2 am, room was right off elevator and it sounded like the elevator was being taken apart or something all night, was not able to rest well

    Bathroom door wouldn’t unlock if locked. Chain in toilet tank needed to be shortened bc it got under flap and tank didn’t fill until I moved it. Unattractive patched paint job. Almost nothing for free breakfast.

    Reasonable price, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. AC cooled well.

    Bed was wore out. Springs was against top of mattress. Concave toward the center. Box spring was collapsed. Breakfast only had cereal and muffins.

    The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. It was an old spring mattress that has not been updated in a long time. The bathroom door would not close. The entrance was not air conditioned and hot. My bill came to $5 extra dollars over booking price.

    The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

    The heat didn’t work with 20 degree weather outside, the remote control didn’t work, there was no toilet win there restroom so when I went down to see the receptionist there was no one in site! The breakfast was horrible. I went to the nearest store and purchased my own! I definitely won’t be bad to this location

    we were charged more than the rate we agreed to. the TV never worked and no one came to fix it even when asked. the we no phone in the room. the front desk lady was rude

    the room size was great and the place was clean. we have stayed here in the past and was always great this time things were not as good as we always experienced

    Working over night room can never be cleaned when I wasn't sleeping, room was dirty for days even with request.
