Both twin beds in my room were sunk down in the middle as if they had been there for years and had tons of mods jumping on them

The location is not bad but our room was on the very back of the hotel and it looked like all the hoodrats were staying in the back. It looked good from the front but the back of the hotel gave very hood-ish vibes.

The carpet in the rooms needs cleaned big time. My feet were black and disgusting by the time we left and we were only there one night. The plugs for lights need improved and updated. The cable TV didn’t match what station it was supposed to be on. The office chair in the room was worn down.

Breakfast was decent. I didn’t really feel unsafe at any point.

Having been charged a $50 fee for some unknown reason. And I haven't even arrived at the property and do not know or understand why? And considering using another hotel for whenever I need to be in TN for more than a few weeks.

The room was gross, it was dusty, and it stunk of cigarettes in a NON smoking room. i did not enjoy my stay at all. it was just disgusting and disappointing for the price. i spent THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS. let’s step our game up a little here.

Room was not cleaned well. Baseboard was missing in bathroom, mattress was saggy, splatter marks on wall beside light, finger prints on mirror, stains on carpet. Exterior of building in back did not feel safe.

I called before arriving to see if I could cancel one of the rooms and was told I could once I got there and looked at them! Once I got there I was forced to keep both rooms, stating each room had 2 twin beds, but that was not true!

The breakfast was ok! I have stayed in hotels in Tennessee many times, but this breakfast was nothing like I expected!

No extra pillows or anything for the pull out couch...I was offered HAND TOWELS by the one person working here. Hand towels for my 3 kids to sleep with? That's insane. We had to give them the coverlet that went on top of our bed. Which revealed how dirty our comforter is. The sink drain in the bathroom is completely clogged and so smelly, you can see hair in the drain. No one has vacuumed the floor or baseboards, the place just isn't clean like it should be. It doesn't smell clean at all and even the sheets and everything don't have a clean smell, they were probably used already. The lock on the door does not feel secure, even the second security lock in place is made of plastic instead of your typical metal one, it's just painted gold. I was already annoyed that I basically had to pay double to stay here, but we did because 2 of us had food poisoning and just needed to sleep! and on top of that I had all these little issues that keep adding up. I was looking forward to having a hotel that we could use on our trips back up to STL and back, but I will not stay here again, I am so disappointed.

I did not get the room I booked online . When I got there they told me I couldn’t have that room because it was football weekend and it was gonna be more expensive but yet there was no mention of this online

The only large issue I had was one roach that came from the curtain in our room. No other issues. Maybe just that the cable didn’t work.

So me and my group knew we needed a cheap place to stay, this we picked this location. It was quiet most of the time, had everything that we expected on the website. Room pictures were accurate. This was definitely a 2 star hotel, and that’s ok. That’s what we were only willing to pay for.
