Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

check in had a bit of a hiccup but all worked out. LaTaylor was amazzing taking care of breakfast And managed checking out guests in a timely and friendly manner!! Great Staff! Clean and Comfortable rooms!!

On check in the lack of staff made it a little inconvenient but the front desk agent did a great job. Keeping everyone informed as to room availability.
LaTaylor was Helpful and although working 2 departments was spot on for her guest cares and concerns excellent guest services. hotel was very nice and clean.

I hung the Do Not Disturb sign on the door several times and the cleaning staff came in anyway.
AMAZING! I loved the selection of foods, and the pancake making machine!

The doors slam in the mornings alot of oil field workers stay here and the doors start slamming or closing at 430am. The bed was a little hard.
Almost everything the staff the rooms were clean.

The staff manager Ella and the front desk Candence went over and beyond to assist me with securing a room when there was a mixup in my reservation. They were extremely patient and courteous. I am so grateful for their service. I will definitely be staying again in the future.

One of the best stays we have had!! Very comfortable room! Loved having small couch for exta seating. Really appreciated that the king bed was easy to get into. Didn't need a step stool! Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Bonus was the hot breakfast, I was not expecting. The hotel was very clean and looked newer. Would definitely stay again when in the area!

It was great value for money

Someone or something kept knocking on the wall near the bed and waking me up, but I don't think this was something the facility could control.

The driveway is not marked clearly. It is hard to find.

It’s was everything, due to its being valentines. My boyfriend decorated for me. Which made me loved it even more 🥰💌😂 but I loved the hotel since it gotten remodel.

- there was a strange smell in the room, as if something had been sprayed - the rooms are relatively quiet, we could hear voices from another room until shortly before midnight

Room was not completely serviced after first night. Second morning clerk was not very efficient. The milk in the refrigerator for cereal was spoiled, ended up with stomach issues. Another guest showed her the out of date stamp on the carton. Not a happy camper regarding her lackadaisical attitude.
Morning manager was very nice on first day, beds were comfortable, nice size room.

Towels were old, rooms were dated and not that clean. Staff friendly, but needs more staff. Would be nice if rooms were not hot when we arrive. Hot water was not hot.

We had the King Presidential Suite and the TV’s did not work the front desk and maintenance staff worked hard to get them working but they couldn’t. I tried to reach the manager Ms Ella when we checked out and she was unavailable and I have called and left her messages to call me and she hasn’t yet. I was disappointed that we were not able to get tv service. I would like a partial refund for the inconvenience of not having tv services.
The front desk clerk, clean room and overall space, and the nice staff I talked with.

WiFi Internet was going in and out. Ice machine didn’t work while we were there.
The property was newly renovated and clean. Great location to the Wat Lao event. The bed was very comfortable.

They cancel the room without notice. No call or anything. We traveling in for a wedding and when we arrive we told that the manager cancel our room earlier that. I’m glad we found an alternative to this. I will never book a room here.
