Room smelled bad. Had to wait to check in because washer was broken and they needed to wash sheets. That was not the fault of the hotel though. The room smelled like mold. We had to use our room spray. Bathroom needs update.

We had to wait a few hours to be called when our room was ready and they never called, we had to call them. The key card had to be activated everyday. It stopped working every day! We got attitude every time we had to get it activated. We were scolded and kept being told “you have to keep the key card away from your phone, out of your purse and not in your wallet”

The first three ice machines didn't work, the 4th one did. No coffee packets nor coffee trays in rooms. We booked two rooms side by side, they actually we in two separate buildings. We asked for rooms on the first floor and one to be handicap, both rooms were on the second floor and both nonhandicap. One of the rooms smelled of cat urine. After the stall mopped the hardwood floor, sprayed deodorizing spray, and leaving the spray bottle, the odor was tolerable. One of the bathtubs had public hair in it upon arrival. The same room had one lamp not working. The location and condition of the rooms was frustrating. After driving 12 hours, I simply wanted to relax, unwind, and sleep, but wasn't able to.

Honestly I think the linen that’s placed on the beds are not sanitary at all my previous few stays she’s and blankets were washed but stained badly and some even stain with what looked like blood but all sorts of stains on linens , its gotten to the point to where I bring my own linen with me to the hotel and also the walls ans behind the lamp tables all need to be cleaned and or painted. Take a look and I’m sure you will agree. I know it’s not a 5star hotel the basic things like that should be taken care of on regularly and regardless of rating. The room wasn't available at check-in, I was told to come back in an hour. The t.v. didn't work,it took some doing to get the guy to come fix it ( two days into my stay)! The room was poorly cleaned as it was dusty and half cleaned,we had to get our own cleaning supplies to make it habitable.

Staff wasn’t very friendly at all ( most rude ) .. always could smell weed .. our room didn’t have a coffee pot took 3 days of asking before we finally got one. Wasn’t the cleanest but was manageable after we cleaned it ourself

I didn't like that the Tub was draining extremely Slow and the floor was tracked up with footprints and ya'll should invest in a better Soap

Door on bathroom was falling apart. Coffee in room but nothing to make it with. Coffee machine at breakfast was Labeled out of order and when we questioned the work she said it wasn’t her problem. She also was using the microwave to make her breakfast while we waited. Bathroom in lobby was labeled out of order.

Parking available. Price was affordable. Reception man was very pleasant at midnight when checked in. Beds were made and comfortable.
