It was disappointing to come back to our room on our last evening and find all the lights had been switched on, the mattress had been pulled on one side, visibly to unplug the table lamp and plug it in again on the desk a few steps away. The alarm clock had also been plugged in behind the bed. When we phoned reception, they couldn't explain it. Even though our belongings had not been touched (nothing was missing), we felt violated and confused as the reason why? Totally unexplained.

We had one of the larger room which we paid extra for and it was worth it for a 5 nights stay. The bed was large and very comfortable. The air con was efficient and easy to use. It was really well located, off central park, next to two subway station (of which one was express), close by to restaurants and bars but in a quieter residential area. Shower was good.

Breakfast room a little tight for space, although the food was very good. Only one elevator so sometimes a wait to get to the 10th floor.

Location right by Central Park ( Strawberry Fields) and Dakota Building. Near to bus and subway stops.

They did not have gluten free options for breakfast The temperature in the room was too high but they had AC Minimum ventilation Black mold below the AC over the drywall The shower faucet was broken when we arrived but they changed it pretty quickly

The staff has been extremely friendly and always trying to help. At breakfast you could make your own toast and waffles. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel They had a hairdryer Location was very nice TV on the room and a closet to hang our coats

Lots of maintenance was needed to the facility. Our toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, the bathroom ceiling was bubbled due to moisture, and the carpet could’ve used a good cleaning. The breakfast room and main restroom behind the lobby were uncomfortably warm. The website talks about holding luggage, there’s no room for the luggage, they just pile up the luggage in the lobby.

Location near the subway stations was great and a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

The location is unbelievably awesome. Proximity to 2 stations and multiple lines. And of course central park right next door. Breakfast was standard and good.

The rooms were small but comfortable, i did request around 6 months prior rooms close together but they gave us rooms two floors apart which was a disappointment considering how far in advance i asked. There are around 14 floors and only one very slow lift so waiting time for the lift was a little long at times. Slight nit pick but didn't like that all the cutlery, plates and cups were plastic or paper. Hotel in general could do with a bit of modernizing.

The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, has what you need to get started for the day, some cereals, pastries, waffles, toast, bagels, small range of hot food and an array of drinks.
