We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Bathroom exhaust fan didn't work. Was told would be fixed during our stay and it wasn't. In hallway a piece if wallpaper was peeling off and revealed alot of mold behind it. Neighboring red roof in was very shady and had alot of police activity.
Parking, beds were good, rooms were spacious.

I had to clean over the cleaning that was done my bed sheets were not clean I used the other bed sheets to roll up In and I turned on heat over all I suggest they get a room checker some people don’t work hard or care about others but it’s not on hotel it’s basic facts of hiring employees that don’t care about others

The first room had a very bad smell . We walked in and walked right back out because of the terrible smell . We go downstairs they gave us another room way up top with a better smell but manager could of gave us a upgrade for the inconvenience

The way they took a 50 dollar deposit hold every day for 8 days . I never could understand why when other hotels take one that’s it so I never received some back and forth had to pay in the end

Room was very dirty. Didn't feel safe since the back entrance door to building didn't lock any could just walk in. One if the over night lobby attendees was unbelievable rude. I would never stay their again.

The room, especially the entrance and the bathroom itself. The floors were extremely sticky my shoes would have to tug off. Bathroom smelled a bit of mildew and the toilet seat was dirty/ stained.

The whole hotel is run-down, hallways are stuffy, everything inside looks old and is in need of fixing. Rooms are a little better, but all shared spaces are in disarray The elevator broke down twice during my 1 night stay Some of the equipment in the gym is non functional

Building of the hotel needs to be repaired. No fruits in the breakfast.

There is no fruit in the breakfast. The building needs to be repaired. The water was flowing from the ceiling in the bath room.
