You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThere was a little wear and tear in spots - there was a big patch of carpet missing in a hallway, my bathroom had some wood trim that was missing/peeling away, the bathroom vanity was pretty scuffed up, the carpet in the room could have been a little cleaner- looked a little dirty and dingy. Other than that, everything was very clean and seemed well taken care of.
I liked the room, I liked the option of a 24 hour indoor pool - never had that before. Was in a good location- very close to most everything. Even though I lnever got down to breakfast it would have been convenient if I had. The staff was friendly - I was allowed to check out at noon as I had a late night and my alarm was set for ‘pm’. Nice water pressure. Couldn’t really hear noise from other rooms- I was on the very end though so may have played a role. I feel I always have a good stay at LaQuinta.
