To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaMy room wasn’t touched by housekeeping even though a request was made! No new towels or toilet tissue was given. The housekeeping staff was rude and extremely sub par!! My key was deactivated on the second night and I got 9 new keys and non worked! Had to use the key to shimmy the lock to retrieve my personal belongings on Sunday. The side 2nd floor door lock to facility didn’t work, so any and everyone could just walk in without a key! After talking to housekeeping again they basically told me too bad! This was my first and last stay at this location!

The hotel over all was clean and the room was spacious. The breakfast was the basic waffles and cereal, fruit, and muffins, but it was all fresh and the area was kept very neat. The staff was very polite as well and made us feel welcome.

United States of AmericaSmelled of marijuana and of molded carpet. Entrance ways smelled of smoke & riddled with cigarette buts. The door card scanners worked 50% of the time. The hallways are dark & carpet is badly soiled. Cold box cereals for breakfast. Elevators inspection was outdated and looked vandalized on the inside, buttons did not work, floor number display broken. Some room outlets did not work so the refrigerator was not always cold. Windows are Fire Safe & you can’t exit the in case of a Fire. Windows are blocked and can only open enough to get your hand out. Property is dated and not maintained well at all. Room service bangs in your door hours before checking out and even if you are not checking out.
The water is hot with good pressure.

The manager on duty that morning said that she would reimburse me for the previous night. I am currently still waiting for that payment to be put back in my account within the next 5 days.

United States of AmericaA homeless family was in lobby when checking in. There were 3 little boys with the family. One of the little boys ask my wife to use her ATM card. She went to the bathroom and he came and asked me the same thing. After going out later with some family members, we returned to the hotel and found a another homeless young person in lobby.

United States of AmericaThe TV and other outlets turned off with the light switch next to bed and other light switch, causing my phone to not charge and ohone went dead, was so wierd. The tub plate was cracked and broken. The Tav volume would Not go down. I wasn't able to watch TV with out the light on because all turned off together. Wasn't very clean. Stains etc.

United States of AmericaThey need to update the facilities like scrub and/or paint the walls and change the carpet. Ladies in the front desk are on their phones all the time. Breakfast doesn’t have a good hot variety (they do have a lot of other type of food…just not eggs, bacon sausage or biscuits).
The rooms were very clean. Maintenance employees are very kind. They have coffee in the lobby 24/7. The hotel is close to malls and lots of shopping centers.
