Cold air coming in through the heater where it wasn't sealed properly. I still don't understand the tourism fee when we didn't use those facilities. Apparently there would have been even another charge for that.

Room rate was competitive. Location was good. Pretty quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Room was clean.

the only complaint we ever have is that there is always some kind of loud commotion in the halls or room next to us. Our first stay we were woken up several times by a group of (I assume early 20s or teens) people fist fighting and screaming in their room. We called the front desk as we have small children and the other guests were asked to leave and we were comped passes for the next day to the water park. this stay we could hear kids running around in halls. no fault of the hotel, however. Kids should be supervised and adults should be responsible for themselves. The staff has handled situations wonderfully.

We have stayed here several times now and we have been very happy. the beds are comfortable, bathrooms are always well stocked and clean, plenty of space for our large family to spread out and not trip over all of our luggage. We all love the water park and ability to enjoy a cocktail in the bar while keeping an eye on our older kids from inside.

Maybe a lounge chair in room. Like a queen Ann? Something small and reclines. Put your feet up and read or look on phone.

The pool and the staff at the pool were very nice. The staff behind the desk was nice also. The room was clean. TV in room was awesome. Nice picture.

The elevators floor was ripped out with no signs of construction. I order to use Watiki water park the guest much love into a site to pay $20 a person and sign waivers for each guest so this process can be lengthy with a large group. Towels cost $8 and you can’t use room towels.

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was free and had nice seating.

The bar drinks were horrible. You had to buy a towel for the water park and pay 20.00 dollars to swim. The breakfast was horrible.

The window to the outside leaked air into the room and it was very loud and windy during our stay. I tried to open the window and reclose it to stop the leak, but that did not help. Also, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Also, the walls are so thin...expect to hear every noise from rooms above and to the sides.

We extended our stay another night when we received the coupon vouchers for free drinks and casino money. The size of the room was nice for 2 people sleeping in separate beds and having the walk-in shower was perfect for my 94-yr old grandmother.

This property has a waterslide. yeah, I know, should be a bonus, but the noise of kids running throughout the halls ( and room above me) was kind of annoying… thankfully, I was too beat to let it matter much.

I like the location and the fact that they not only allow pets, they have an area designated to take my pup out to “do her business “

I greatly enjoyed the option of choosing the daily benefit from the small store, however it was also very confusing. First two nights my kids were able to pick something off the shelf, and I showed they clerk and received an "okay thank you!" Third night my kids and I picked something out and a staff member asked if I was going to pay for that. I responded with letting them know I thought I got a free one each night and they told me I had to let them know it was the free one as they had to mark it down. I said ok, no problem. And the fourth night I was asked if I was charging it to my room, and I said no I would like to use my one free one, and THEN I was told I had to have my rewards card with me. I didn't even know I had a rewards card, or what I was actually suppose to do at this point. I didn't even bother the final night I was there. It was just annoying at this point, and I would have really appreciated just being told what I was actually suppose to be doing. I have no problem following the rules, but when you are told three different things out of four nights, something minor like this because more of annoyance than a benefit. Simple instructions to help out would have made a big difference.

The room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the Starbucks coffee being available. Overall the atmosphere was relaxing and inviting.

The light switch by room door controlled all lights in room which made it difficult to control lighting especially trying to turn off light by front door. Also proximity to a water park made it extremely noisy doing day.
