You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe exit door in the stairwell was locked so you couldn’t use it from the inside but could access it from the outside with the key. I told them this made me nervous that if there were an emergency such as a fire, it could not be used as an exit. They said they already knew about it and they didn’t plan to correct it. That was concerning. It’s also inconvenient if there is only one way out of the building.
They put us on the first level because we had a dog and I appreciated that. It was easier to take the dog out for a walk. I also liked the pool.

United States of AmericaThe phone didn’t work. The phone plug in was ripped off. The plug for the hairdryer didn’t work, so no hairdryer. Had to relocate the coffee pot because of it. The ice machine on my floor was out of service. Part of the coffee pot was missing. All were reported to the front desk. They gave me the missing piece of the coffee pot.
The breakfast was good. The people were very nice.

United States of AmericaWhen I came in, late and tired, the 2 men at the desk were not particularly friendly, no greeting or smile. They obviously were bored and not interested in pleasantries. Late evening, I felt this slight tremor in the room, I went out and asked the man at desk what might be, "I have not a clue". The next morning, as I was going for my walk, the door next to my room was open, it was the laundry room. Giant washers and dryers. The obvious cause of the tremors I felt the night before.
Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good.

GermanyMy personal opinion is, that the crew is definetly nice, but in a lot of cases unexperiend. Hopefully somebody pays attention, because it could be that this hotel is running down, which would be a shame. For my personal taste the madress from the bed could be a little bit harder, but nevermind. One of the real issues is, it has no secured internet connection (just a connection without password which every hacker could easyly crack. If you ask someone, it's not so easy to get help. It looks like staff is not to familiar with IT. After realizing that WLAN on my PC is not working I tried to take the public computer. He did't work because he was obsolete, as same as the treadmill in the fitness center. So my advise: defend the beginning
All in all it's a nice motel. It has enough space. The furnishing is more than ok. The breakfast is according to the price okay. Busconnection to the centre is a little bit slow ( almost 1 hour) but all in all okay. There are a few Supermarkets very close.

The corners in the bathroom were in need of a good clean. The back door could not be opened with my room key from the outside which made loading and unloading my car a problem.

United States of AmericaThe biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The bathtub was either dirty, stained, or in need of reglazing. Either way, the bathtub was not inviting to use at all. This made the whole room feel unclean!
The location was great, and staff was very polite and helpful. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance of the property.
