It was a great location from the Kemah boardwalk (10 MINS). Plus if you go about a couple of miles in the other direction there is a family park on the left.

The man at the front desk was extremely rude during my stay. I had my 4 year old autistic daughter with me and he just seemed to stare us down every time he saw us.

Poor Internet/WiFi connection that seemed to come in and out and sometimes not available at all, for periods of time. This may have been a temporary situation, we didn't get to find out. The bed was too soft for me, mattress felt a little old but maybe that's me liking a firmer bed. The breakfast area is tiny, such that it only took one family to be getting theirs and everyone else had to wait - not really an issue, just get to breakfast early. Breakfast options were basic, breakfast food was fine, and coffee available after breakfast closes. Grabbed one for the road.

An old hotel that has been fully modernized. Staff helped us with all our check in needs and were very friendly. Nice reception/lobby area with a lounge and easy chairs. Super rooms, huge with normal bed and TV area, then an extra section with sofa, big chair, table, and a business-like desk and office chair. Very impressed with the space. Could invite a few friends round from another room! Room price was excellent too. Close to the NASA Visitor Center, Clear Lake, and the Kemah Boardwalk. A very nice area to stay in.

$50 damage deposit was a bit insulting. Not being able to take breakfast to the room, paper signs to only eat breakfast in dining area.

First, the smell on the floor (3rd) and within the room itself was not nice! Then, the amenities in the room are poor and NOT fair to what is described in the Booking.com advertised offer. Finally, what is described as breakfast is, in fact, a very small kitchen that offers toasted bread (if you are lucky to get one of the only two toasters free... Same with the only waffle/pancake maker, that was also very slow to deliver one single piece of product, for the always long-line of hungry guests...

The location is great if you are visiting Nasa Air Space Center, because it is place a mile or two from the main entrance to the park.

Maintenance could be better, dripping shower tap, water not running out of washbasin... Very soft mattresses.

Clean and good sized room with good bathroom. Nice staff, mediocre breakfast with no healthy options except some apples. Very good value for money and close to NASA/Houston Space center. A very good Greek restaurant, Athena’s at walking distance. Visit Papa Delta’s BBQ for best BBQ in the area.

I'm not sure if the AC was outdated, but it felt like as much as I tried to crank it down to allow the room to cool down it stayed kinda warm in there.

Great location just about the middle of the city so it was easy access to restaurants and attractions. The breakfast was amazing! The staff was super helpful too.

I didn't like that there where roaches in the room ,and that I couldn't get any of the free channel to look at with the wifi, they had a Roku remote and I couldn't access any of it

The room smelt a little musty but it wasn't a big deal!

The mattresses were terribly soft and sagging in the middle.

We had the wrong time on the clock in our room and missed breakfast The employee cleaning the buffet area turned the juice machine back on for us and brought us some muffins That was very kind.

Waffle mix was too thick; cups were not filled enough to cover waffle maker, and they didn't replace once ran out. Cereal was stale and so were the muffins. Dog urine smell in lobby was off putting.

Pleasantly surprised with decor. Room was very clean; pillows fluffy, just the way I like them to be.
