Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We had troubles with the people below us saying we were being to loud and all we were doing was walking. So if you have kids I recommended you request a room on the ground floor. They needed to work better during breakfast to make sure the trash cans erte empty.
Everything was clean and they had a great variation for breakfast. Pancakes, sausage, eggs, toast, cereal, and lots more. The staff was very nice and helpful and understanding of our needs.

The room was nice and clean and the bathroom as well. Plenty of amenities along with a microwave and mini fridge. Friendly staff and easy access. It was a very pleasant experience!

In one bed there was little smears of blood and food crums. In the other bed was public hair and crums. The bed were made neatly. I think the sheets just weren't changed. I went down stairs and got new bed sheets and changed them myself since it was 11p at night.
The room was clean like the carpet was clean the bathroom was clean my sheets were not.

As soon as we walked in we could smell a heavy marijuana smell. The smell was throughout the floor that we stayed on.

Guest next door loud tv all night long. Still loud TV on when we checked out in the morning. The mini pancakes were 1.5 inch diameter. Those are a fail.
Clean room spacious size. Comfortable bed. Great hot shower.

Breakfast was not great, I asked for late checkout and they wouldn’t even charge me more - I was willing to pay! Lobby was dirty, halls were obviously not vacuumed, baseboards were filthy!

Unfortunately, we had a room with a door connecting to the other room, which was like the door wasn't even there. It was extremely loud. Luckily, not the whole night.
We wanted to visit the Cahokia Historic Site, which was right around the corner. The staff was very nice and we had a room close to the stairs, so we were able to get out with our dog fast. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was offering a variety of cakes, cereal, oatmeal, omlette, sausage, patty, fruit and yogurt. I would use it again, as the price was very reasonable.

I could hear the people in the room adjacent talking at very low volume. They weren't yelling or watching loud TV but their voices were still audible enough that I had to use ear plugs to get to sleep. I will never stop complaining about thin walls at hotels as there is no excuse for not prioritizing sound proofing more than almost all hotels currently do.
The place was in good condition, newish and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was fine, not great but adequate.

There was alot of hair in both beds. Long strands of hair inside the covers. It was late when I got in so I didn't request a room change, I picked it out but I did let the front desk know and she apologized.
