We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

We stayed one night.we lost hot water through the night so could not shower in the morning before we checked out. I asked for compensation for that inconvenience. Staff said they were unable too. Took me 3 days to get my $75 deposit back. Moving to another room would not have solved the issue as we had family in two other rooms and they did not have hot water either.

We were gouged because we were there for the eclipse ($500+ per night!!!!)but all hotels were doing that so it is what it is. The breakfast was minimal and we ended up eating elsewhere. For that price one would expect more than make your own waffles. One odd thing is the room is the darkest hotel room I have ever been in. There was a bathroom light, of course, and a small reading light at each side of the bed. That’s it. There was a work desk it’s no light. Very odd.

Even though breakfast was an option, there wasn’t any remaining food at 9 AM. The end time for breakfast was 10 AM according to the front desk.

Similar to a "dive" motel.
Really, not much. We've stayed in much nicer La Quinta locations, Nashville, Houston, etc. This location was a disappointment.

The fact that i couldn’t get more towels when i needed until i returned the dirty towels. If a person books for 4 adults then it should have been enough stuff for four adults and if not when requested it should be provided!

Show the pool reserved it for the pool but when we got there the pool was not working I'm very disappointing lots of noise from the road in the parking lot and the businesses around

Who ever paints does sloppy work! Paint runs, excess paint on doors, mirror etc… same with caulking. Door into room sticks have to push really hard to get it to open. Could not figure out how to turn on shower, maybe have directions in bathroom to tell people to pull the handle out, handle does not seem to be in good shape, seems like it’s stripped. Also, left a small partial toilet paper roll, I would up having to use Kleenex! I don’t want to have to call front desk for toilet paper!!

Wasn't told about the APP for Wyndham, I was constantly using bookit.com not knowing how long my jobs will take doing the surveys of measurements of the city of Killeen streets that are brand new. I feel that staff should have told of this survey and might have helped save a few bucks in my line of business and the way the economy is right now especially gas prices it would have been helpful to their guests especially if we were loyal guests.
Front desk Day shift personal were outstanding.I work third shift,And even though I own property in Killeen area and come and Go doing work for City of Killeen .As well as Killeen , TX is my Home,I reside in a different State and rent out my home currently certain time of the year .So I was not able to meet nite staff,due to hours I keep for doing street measurements of surveys.

The floor in the room was dirty and we had to clean it to prevent our dog from getting dirt on the comforter
