Rooms not sound proof, I could hear our neighbors like they were in our room. They needed to take the garbage out in the pool area for days. Hassled us about getting towels for the pool because we hadn’t returned ours, yet there was no pool towel bin. Exit door was very hard to get open if I used the stairs, had to kick it open.

Inexpensive, decent breakfast. Located near my grandparents and conveniently next door to an Enterprise. Nice little pool out back.

We had room 206. There were visible holes in the walls from where something was once hung. The wood floors had gaps all around them therefore you could see the dust and dirt that was underneath them specifically where the ironing board is hung. Beds are noisy just when getting in them to lay down and mattress is hard. Only two small pillows provided. It was a decent room, but small fixes would go a long way.

The lobby was nice with a beautiful fireplace, located on a main road with plenty of restaurants near by. The bathroom in the room was also very nice; bath/shower combo large counter and mirror. Last minute booking when my flight was cancelled, great price, and 25mins from the airport. It was very easy to get an uber to and from even when leaving the hotel at 3am.

Breakfast was very high sugary, no plain oatmeal, only one type of yogurt and no fresh fruit. Coffee was not hot. Had to ask to replenish lots of items. The website indicated there was a fitness center and I asked where it was the staff said there was none. There was no closet in the room.

Location was ok but we were unfamiliar with the area. Staff was quite friendly.

The "breakfast" was just several different versions of bread and nearly burnt coffee. The room wasn't very clean, but it wasn't an absolute mess either. The neighbors were loud, as were the renovations happening on our floor.

The staff was nice, and very helpful.

The room has a lot of rust on things. The breakfast did not have good selection. The orange juice and apple juice both tasted bitter.

I didn't like that they don't unlock the gate for the pool until 9:00 AM... it's summertime, the sun is up by 7:30 AM and it's central Florida so that means it's HOT... even by 8:00 AM the sun was blazing and it was more than 85 degrees out. No clue why they open the pool so late, hopefully they can change this policy in the future. Even our pools in Michigan open by 8:00 AM in the summer..

This was a nice place. Loved the high ceilings in the rooms. The bed was very comfortable, and the AC was prompt. Staff very friendly and for the most part, quite helpful.

The pictures online, it looks new. It is old and needs remodeled, the carpet on the 2nd floor has a sour smell like a sewer. The pool looks so nice online, it is small, run down and looks dirty,

I didn't like how there wasn't really enough parking, had to pack in the plaza lit that was next to it. Was kinda small. Our room was somewhat clean. The mirrors were really dirty and you could see the streak marks on them, makes me wonder if the beds were cleaned. The dressers were sticky and the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped as if it got wet after a shower, the water would turn a little brown on the floor. Our sink was clogged/backed up with hair, so for the first night our sink wouldn't drain at all, but after we told the staff up front, they came after about 15-20 mins to come and fix it!

it was close to a lot of fast food places and gas stations and the staff were very nice! asked about the concert i went to and how it was.
