Staff was not on same page, one was downright rude when questioned about maid service. Despite the website claiming rooms are serviced daily, we were informed we had to request it after the first day they did not service, and although requested, it was not done again the second day. Not impressed. Pool was also down, although they said hot tub was working, and yet I could not get in to use it and desk clerk would not let me in.

Great location, decent breakfast, and location is great, although only accessible from one direction. Overall, good experience, although some staff and pool were a let down

The breakfast was good, but it was the same choices each day. Could you offer a variety of alternate meat choices? Oh, yeah make sure you are on time for breakfast. The time should be readjusted from 6 AM-9 AM to a little later because that cook didn't play about that time. I had to ask and wait several times for towels. They had a hard time keeping up laundry I assume. But my family uses different towels for each bath (2x's day at minimum).

The location, friendly staff, and nice smoke-free rooms. The rooms was worth the cost. It was not noisy even with young children on my floor. I did not hear any extra loudness in hallway or from adjacent room.

this location is great! so many near by stores and obviously the mall BUT that steep driveway is crazy for anyone that doesn’t have a lifted vehicle or truck. it’s such a scare going out and into the hotel driveway. there’s no way to avoid it as there’s only 1 way to and from the hotel :( also the blinds were basically transparent, i could see my room from outside in the parking lot. super sketchy about that. one more thing is that when i first got there my tv volume was not working for some reason? im sure they would fixed it if i had asked but my boyfriend insisted he knew what to do and about 30 minutes he got it fixed oh also yes the pool is great but it has salt which was a little icky though you kinda get over it after a while

i really loved the Pool area being open 24hrs to everyone over 18, around midnight there’s not that many people to have a good swim. there was a sink in the room and by room i mean the main room and not just the restroom which felt oddly comforting? the mini fridge actually kept all my food cool and the freezer stayed cold. cleanness from the room was great as well! didn’t have a chance to grab breakfast but the dinning area looked spacious and looked like there’s plenty of options if you’re a picky eater !

despite hotel had rooms free, and that I arrived at lunch time, there was not kindness to let me check in early without cost... I know the rule is to check in at 3pm, but if there are rooms available already, why not let the person go in, I came from Asi, long trip, and had to wait at lobby until 3pm. In other hotels around the world, I was allowed to checkin if there were rooms.

It would be nice to have a sign at the entry way because so much construction is going on in that area that it is easy to miss the turn into the hotel.

My boyfriend and I spent Labor Day Weekend at this hotel.I liked the feel of the lobby. My room was clean and spacious.My room had a nice sitting area, a sink, refrigerator and a microwave. There was a variety of foods available for breakfast. It was nice to be able to sleep in til 8am and still have time to get breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9am.The staff were friendly and courteous. I would recommend my family and friends to stay at this hotel.

The pillows need to be bigger and not so soft flat. Fortunately, I brought my own pillow. Coffee, microwave area in the room could use a little more light.

The staff was very nice and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Staff that was off duty helped me a little old lady with my luggage by helping me unload and put on the cart as well as bringing it to my room and assisting me with unloading. Breakfast was nice, and the lady was very sweet. Area was Very well kept and very clean. We loved the ceiling fan and the kitchen area. We also loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash that was set up in the shower in bottles and not the little pouches that only hold so much. Which is very little. 😃

The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, the entrance to the 4th floor hallway were not clean. The hot tub and pool smelled strongly of bleach, so much so that the water felt slippery like straight bleach and cloudy as well.

It was conveniently close to many restaurants and activities. It seemed like an updated facility.

breakfast was good. the staff were very kind. room and bed was comfortable. pool is 24 hours. it was close to the venue of the wedding we were attending, but a bit far from downtown houston (traffic was heavy)
