Slightly dated interiors. Breakfast sausages left me suspicious and unsettled.

The value for money was good. Decent size of the room. Cleanliness. No bad smells. Waffles for breakfast. Parking on the property.

It did feel a little dirty and dated. I noticed there were some crumbs on the floor and some areas that were missed in turnover.

It was a great value for my trip, it was in a prime location however I was not prepared for the traffic.

Tony was VERY helpful. The system was acting up at check in but once I was given an open room and working key card, everything was fine! The hotel is clean, and the King room is plenty big enough; the bed is firm but I thought it was comfortable. Breakfast is basic but there are plenty of options - eggs, meat, bread/muffins, cereal, & waffle and coffee stations. I read a number of reviews, many of which detailed an experience similar to mine. Those with negative comments shouldn't dissuade you from choosing to stay at this location - nothing always goes as planned but if you have realistic expectations and a good attitude about what might not, you should be just fine!

Noise! Lots of noise from people constantly slamming doors, talking loud in hallways very late into the night, running up and down the stairs, dogs barking, kids running up and down the halls. They need to implement "Quiet hours" like other hotels, it was ridiculous the amount of noise. Basic breakfast and items would run out before the end of breakfast and this occurred a few different times. Bed was too firm., hard to sleep on top of the noise. AC is preprogrammed, I had to keep setting the temperature to keep it cool in the room.

The carpet needs to be cleaned and shampooed thoroughly since it's pet friendly. I have no problem with pet friendly hotels as long as it's clean.

The breakfast was awful. Inedible.

It was quiet with no road noise. Good for sensitive sleepers. The location and the hotel is fine if a bit run down (or maybe it’s just the quaint style). Room layout is a bit bizarre also, with a very long counter running along the wall with the window. Wooden double doors to get to the bathroom, strange.

Online booking says pool was open and had hot tub. Pool was closed and there is no hot tub.

The room service didn't come one day. Could not use the iron in the room and called to get help and nobody ever came by. There were a swarm of ants in the room. Breakfast ran out of food. The beds were too soft and my girlfriend had bad back problems for 2 days.

Location was good. It was quick access to get downtown or for anywhere in ATL. Lots of close places near by. Front desk people were nice. Breakfast women did bring out yogurt and fruit to help us.
