You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Hotel is old and rooms could be cleaner. Hairs on the sheets, carpet disgusting really old furniture. Breakfast ok but no real gluten free options.
Location great neighborhood, close to the T train. Bed was really comfy and big room.

A few healthier breakfast options would be great but not a huge deal!
The bed and the room in general were comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were friendly. We liked that there was complimentary breakfast.

Maybe the carpet looked a bit old, but we do not really complain.
It was a very good quality-price compromise, with the Assembly metro station 10 minutes walking and free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, to the Assembly.metro Station and to the general hospital near the city centre. We went without a car and we were able.to move around without problems. Breakfast was also very good.

cigarette smell throughout the lobby. the hotel was dated but was overall clean.
This hotel is what you would expect for the price point, pleasant enough but dated. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel itself seems like it is in an isolated location but just a few blocks behind it is an awesome shopping and restaurant district. The staff were extremely helpful, which was appreciated after a long travel day.

Breakfast was very much self-service and self-clean (tables etc). Everything used disposable plates, cutlery etc so very wasteful and non-eco friendly. Nothing recycled so you generate a mountain of plastic waste every breakfast time. Staff generally seemed unhappy, especially the lady that was at Reception each morning....she did not like people!!
Good location with shopping nearby and a subway stop. Rooms were fine, comfortable enough for three nights. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but enough to fill us up.

I had problems with the door key and it took several tries to open the door. Might just been unlucky
Breakfast was good. 10 minute walk to the subway station was great. Overall it took 25 minutes to reach downtown Boston which was great for the price

The wi-fi was unsecured and could be flaky at times for access. Having available wired access with provided ethernet cable would have been great! Tv channel selection was very limited.
Room was relatively large and the bed was comfortable. Also an ample amount of extra plugs for electronics (laptop, camera, etc.)

Walls aren’t sound proof which can be a bummer if you are light sleeper. Staff also a bit noisy cleaning early in the morning (7am).
Not bad for the price you pay. Breakfast closes early (for European schedules) so I didn´t try it. Staff is polite and airport transfer very helpful.

Breakfast could’ve had bagels, our room had a small leak right above the bed but we did let the front desk know at checkout. It wasn’t very pressing to warrant us to want to switch rooms after getting settled. Walls seem pretty thin but wasn’t an issue for us even with construction right outside
Breakfast was ok, I was glad there was eggs and sausage. Room was decent, I liked that we had two windows! Towels and pillows were abundant :)

Didn't get opportunity to have breakfast with having to leave at 7am on the Saturday. Aware of 7am start at weekends. Pillows are way too small and not comfortable. Only 3 pillows per bed. Not ideal when there are 2 people in the bed. No shower gel/ lotions. Just soap Aircon seemed to come to life every so often despite being switched off.
Good breakfast. Good people working.
