Being in the secondary hotel, no room refrigerator, and no working ice machines in that part of the hotel.

The price was pretty good based on its location. The room was ok too.

The location was very convenient — however the space was extremely outdated. The photos were deceiving, although there were two buildings and maybe one has been updated? We were given minimal pillows and towels and the tub and toilet were so loud we could hear the neighbors. Good location for the price but definitely a budget hotel.

The hotel hallways seem to not have air conditioning, the tub in the room was peeling, tv screen looked as if it was about to blow and our room only had one wash cloth for three adults.

Hotel needs an upgrade bathrooms show rust and cleanliness not a priority. Outside breezeway of rooms was not clean at all.

Our first room in the outside building was so noisy we barely slept for the first night, but the staff kindly moved us into the main building for our second night which was much better. There was no bath plug and the WiFi was unsecured.

Excellent value for money given the prices in Charleston. Nice location on the river and just a short drive into downtown (you cannot walk over the bridge). Staff were friendly and helpful

Room was just basic. Had to get a TV remote from the front desk.In room coffee was odd. Water dispensed was Luke warm and only one regular and one decaf packet.

Pool.was closed and not adviced until we arrived. We got at room im the back of hotel and the trash area was overflowing . Step reels were damaged , they was people roaming the hallway i seem like there was homeless people there as there was alot of clothes bag and tote my the stairs

1st day sink was plugged up…told they’d give a discount…2nd day toilet wouldn’t flush…took maintenance hour to repair…phone in room had no cord for all 6 days there…informed front desk every day…never fixed…would have enjoyed view but couldn’t see thru window or tree blocking window…A/C worked sporadically…had a great time, tho.

Only told breakfast was included…didn’t mention hours…missed it by 5 min Mon…didn’t miss rest of the week. Food (scrambled eggs/sausage were ok…coffee was not hot…otherwise ok,

There was no mini fridge, the tv glitched, the beds were hard, and there was only 1 bottle of shampoo.

We liked that we got to see all the boats at the dock and it was only about 20 mins from either beach.

Our room was so noisy though because of the adjoining door-it was like neighbour was with us. The one night it was crying screaming kids with a cough, disastrous sleep. We tried to move but there was no where to go.

The location was close to the historic district of Charleston, SC and the views of the harbor with the water and boats were beautiful.

The second room we got was in a different building which was right next to the road and it was small and noisy.

I liked that it was alongside the river, facing downtown. It was close to downtown and right next door yo a nice restaurant: California Dreaming. The breakfast was ok but crowded on Monday.

We enjoyed the beds and the size of the room, and they checked us in early because we were going to a wedding.

Ice machines didn’t work in the building we stayed in. Had to go to main area just to get ice. No mini fridge. Had to throw leftovers away cause we had no way to keep it cold. One of the towels looked like it had something spilt on it.
