The front desk guy in the morning so rude. Makes me.not want to stay again.

The breakfast was nice. Until the front desk staff spoke. He was rude, not friendly and dirty. He looks like he has not showered in a week. I did not want him near my food. He needs to learn how to smile and how to speak to people. He can speak with me not at me. Big difference.

The bed was extremely soft and my back still is sore from it. The first room the tv didn’t work so they switched me to another room. I was not the only on that had issues with there room having something that didn’t work.

The girl at the front desk was super busy but did all she could to accommodate everyone as fast as possible.

We stayed on the 2nd floor. When we got off the elevator we were assaulted by a horrible animal smell. It smelled as if a male cat had sprayed the upstairs or as if an animal has soiled the carpet. The refrigerator in the room did not work so it spoiled what we placed in it.

The location was awesome and the room was clean with a nice bed and linens.

So I booked a room because it was a really good deal and looked like it had Comfortable beds. I get to the location and the receptionist told me there weren’t any rooms available. The story was that the previous receptionist or room service had made a mistake on available rooms. I had booked my room atleast a hour before and it stated there were 3 rooms still available. With the other rooms not showing that there were only a few left. I did pay on the app so it charged my account. The lady was very polite and was dealing with a lot. She checked to see if there were any rooms available but there weren’t. The receptionist was great though ! Lobby was beautiful . I did have to wait 2-3 days before the refund was put back into my account .

Cleanliness and friendliness of staff were low standard.

Breakfast was alittle below standard. Microwave is old, variety of food was minimal, for instant coffee, was low to none available. Location was well located.

The price vs the quality of the rooms. Dirty or stained sheets, dusty, dead bugs with a carpet that looked like too many spills that didn't look like cleaner. The door lock was cracked, and the door knob was held together with duct tape. The rubber underneath the door was too long and would get caught in the door. Checking in, the man at the desk handed me papers to sign while looking at the TV. He didn't seem interested in us checking in. We reserved a king bed, but we got two beds instead. I didn't think there would be a chance to switch rooms or get the room we reserved with the amount of people coming in to check in as well and/or the attention of the person at the desk to do anything about it. However, he seemed to get friendlier after that and gave us fresh sheets when we asked for some. Other staff were really friendly.

The card readers on the exterior doors didn't work at all. I didn't like that the handicap accessible room was on the fourth floor. Of all the LaQuintas I have stayed at this was clearly the worst breakfast. Coffee was also pretty bad. May have been left from the day before.

Breakfast was disappointing, hard boiled eggs and sausage patties and waffles was the main fare. Coffee was terrible!!! The motel was further away from the airport than was advertised. Everything else was in the duearble range. The people at the front desk where especially helpful.

We stayed from Sunday to Thursday - we started out with 1 washrag, and 3 towels. The room was not cleaned the whole time we were there so we took our own trash out. We stopped at the desk for washcloths and said it would be about an hour and a half for them? The hallways and stairwells smelled like dirty feet! Price was too much for conditions...

The lady checking us in was very nice. The beds were comfortable.

I picked this hotel because it has a pool. Day we got there was told where the pool was hubby checked it out but looked like someone was cleaning it. Next day after s visit to zoo we were going to go swimming but it was locked asked at desk how to access pool was told they would check we waited by pool fence for 10 minutes then went back to desk as another person told us the pool was closed due to alge problem. Why could they not tell us earlier wasted time for nothing.

Nice rooms was a little popcorn under edge of bed.
