Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Spa jets didn’t work, elevator didn’t work, room key card took many trys each time before it would work. Hardly any bedding, just a very light sheet like blanket. So thin…
Location was great. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was pretty good, shuttle service to anirport and driver was great.

Abrubt woman on arrival. Other staff were good We were informed that shuttle was rocky mountainaire, with hotel logo. In fact the shuttle was solid black did have embassy suites and la Quinta

Shower was hard to start and bar on tub was loose. Knob was hard to turn on. Stopper in tub was hard to keep up and water did not drain out of tub as it should. Door was hard to open. Staff not very knowledgeable about shuttle. Shuttle driver who picked us up from airport at night was not that friendly. Different driver then other one. Shuttle pickup area on island 3 should have name from each shuttle where they pickup because if you are a senior or have mobility issues with lots of luggage it’s hard to walk down the long piece of island looking for your shuttle. We just got lucky finding the shuttle as he was just driving in. TV keep going off the program we were watching and going to Netflix site asking if we watched to subscribe. Hard to see numbers on phone, to small for seniors, maybe put on paper as well.
Domino’s pizza we ordered from were excellent and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Like their number was at front desk on a piece of paper. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was excellent and loved the breakfast hours. Ice machine was awesome. Shuttle driver who dropped us off at airport in early morning was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Loved the beds and duvet. Loved there was an extra pillow on the beds. Loved the free shuttle from airport. Liked they were able to provide wake up call.

Only one elevator was in use. The fitness room was out of order. There were lights flickering in dining area. I suffer from migraines and this triggered one. For a newer place it was in disrepair.

The only negative that happened is that the airport shuttle and I didn't find each other for over an hour. But everyone was friendly. Front desk and driver called be back and all was well.

The breakfast was okay. Room, personnel, and location were very good. The airport shuttle was a big plus. All in all a good stay at a fair price. Shout out to Imani for aiding us in getting from the car rental return to the hotel without spending a lot of money.

Staff not friendly and acted like the guest were a bother. Looked up from her cell phone long enough to say a quick no. No forks for breakfast and was told the hotel was out of forks. Elevator availability and location was not convenient. Ac didn’t work and had to move rooms. No consideration given for the inconvenience and delay in getting settled in. Room didn’t have coffee, hair dryer or iron.
Rooms were clean and accommodating. Beautiful courtyard. Location of hotel. Shuttle service

One elevator was out of service. The jacuzzi jets were broken.
Nice location near the airport. Free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. Free decent breakfast. Easy walking distance from several restaurants.

Parking payment via QR code needed better instructions, healthier breakfast options needed, couldn't find light switch to round light above tub, and double doors to bathroom was irksome.
Airport shuttle was good/prompt. Facility looked great; it had fitness center, but water dispenser was empty. Key card didn't work for entry (several others came to desk together another).

Breakfast was fair. Self-made waffles were delicious. There was no bowl of fresh fruit aside from a bowl of fresh oranges. No peanut butter or sweet pastries.

It’s pretty banged up. The lobby is nice but the rest of the hotel needs better maintenance and the door key cards don’t work very well to let you in the room. There is a gap under the main door which makes the rooms open to hearing everything
The bed was comfortable and shower pressure what good.
