Trash needed to be collected more often. Ceiling on first floor was leaking. Ice makers on each floor need to be fixed.

The toilet was way too low to the ground. Lowest I’ve ever seen and not good for a tall person or someone with a bad back. Probably would not stay there again because of it.

The tv in room 423 volume did not work well. The shower was hard to get shut off so that it didn’t drip through the night.

The hot tub was t hot at all and I had to ask three times for the Tv to get replaced or fixed We went out for them to come in and fix it and they never came in I had to go to the Front Office again and ask them to look at it and they told me they had a repair order for it the first night of our stay that I called about it

My only thing was the breakfast options. It would’ve been great to have a little more selection in terms of healthy options. Even the healthy looking cereals were super sugary but I think that’s just the USA in general.

Great place with everything you need. Very spacious room! The gym was great for a quick workout and the staff were great.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable for me, but my teen found it comfortable. Although the ac filter was clean, the vents had fine dust that irritated my allergies and gave me a headache. I had to clean them out in order to sleep.

Clean rooms and facility. Great location and friendly staff. Although the property is aging, it is clear that attention to detail is made to keep on top of repairs. Good price point for location by University.

Location was fairly easy to find and plenty of car parking available. Great to have access to a pool. Very friendly staff. Good to have breakfast included but it was basic and limited selection, however for the price paid it was a great bonus.

Elevator was incredibly slow, only 1 available. Breakfast was very basic and not very tasty No water pressure on upper floors.

The only issue I had is that it is not possible to turn the A/C unit off. Even if you push the "off" button it still continues to blow and it's quite loud. But the upside is that it acts like a sound machine when you sleep. Parking is a bit tough, but I was able to find a spot each time I needed to.

Was pleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the property and how quiet the rooms are. Decent location, but wouldn't recommend it for a Disney vacation. Breakfast was adequate for free.

We like to see less packaging waste at breakfast. While polysterene plates may be 'convenient' its just not very eco-friendly. It really cannot cost that much to have plates a few dishwasher machines.

This hotel is consistently pleasant to stay at. Located in the research park its also close to UCF too. Staff are always obliging and the rooms are immaculate.

The shower was a bit old. Shower head was not working great and the handicap bar in room seemed to be falling off the wall.

The hotel was clean and well maintained. Everything looked new, like it was recently remodeled. Free breakfast was nice.
