Room did not lock from the outside when we left floors were very dirty found a used medical needle behind the bathroom door exposed.. Maintenance was able to fix the door after the first night..

Tub was clogged with hair and would not drain properly. Free breakfast was extremly limited, food half cooked and c offee was way too strong. No regular coffee available in room.

We had to change rooms immediately after checking in. The toilet in the bathroom was not work. Had we used it, it would have overflowed. So we had to pack back up and move to a different room.

The size of the room was good. We were on the 4th floor, it was quiet.

I’m on a very strict diet so I prepared my weekend food at home. Upon arriving at hotel the refrigerator was not on. Maintenance came and plugged it in and turned it on. The next morning all my food was frozen and had to be tossed in trash.

The elevator was scary and did not look like it was very well maintained. Some of the people coming in and out were questionable.

Young man at the front desk who couldn't be bothered to do his job

Most the staff was great but the kid who was at the front desk at checkout didn't seem to like having to put his phone down to get me a receipt.

I arrived early and they wanted to charge me $40.00 dollars to check in early and the room had already been cleaned , and after traveling all day and having an appointment at 5:00 pm that I needed to get ready for and travel to was unacceptable.

The rest of the front desk staff were not very personable towards us but were towards other guests.

The woman who checked us in was very friendly and thorough throughout our stay. She was very accommodating.

I prepaid for the stay with booking.com and then was charged an additional 400+ dollars. I asumed it was an incidentals hold.but still not refunded. I tried calling 2 times. First time I was on hold for.over an hour. Second time the lady could not help and told me.she.would.figurw out the.charge.Nd contact me back. 3 weeks.have passed and still no.results or explanation of charge. I.would like to resolve this.issue so that we will.feel comfortable using you in the.future.

Honestly, the negative experiences we had were with other guests. The walls are incredibly thin and the elevators need to be serviced

Tv didn’t work. Had to ask for a remote because there was none. After I obtained one the tv still didn’t work. The fridge and micro wave didn’t work. Had to pull the furniture out from the wall and inspect the cords. Found a jumble of cords and at least got the fridge and m/w working. Noisy guests with kids running the hallways Friday Evening at 10pm.

The view was good. Felt safe on the premise.

Breakfast staff utterly miserable cold egg omelette and a poor selection of sauces only Tabasco on offer.

The property seems old and run down a bit. I felt like breakfast items could have been upgraded a little. The area was a little industrial and I felt a little unsure walking in the mornings. I think the overall hotel could use a nice refresher!

The thing is, that the room wasn’t clean at all. There were sunflower seeds and dust near the bed and the bathroom wasn’t clean. I was looking for an earring when I saw all the dust beside and behind the bed. Such a pity. (We took photos)

The room smelled like animal urine yes you accept animals but the smell was strong and if I can smell it that means housekeeping can smell it and they didn't do their job correctly the fresh towels had hair on them so we didn't use them to try our bodies but for the most part it was good
