The water in the shower was tricky to get warm. We would have loved to have a tub stopper each for the indoor and outdoor tub (We could only find one).

La Serena was an absolutely beautiful, relaxing place to stay. The villa was private and had unique touches (outdoor and indoor bathtubs, fire table, robes, etc) that provided a wonderful venue for a romantic getaway. We got a couples massage at Whispers Spa; highly recommend. The breakfast was simple (yogurt, granola, muffins, oranges, etc) and perfect to hold us over until checkout. Inside the villa and throughout the property… no detail was left untouched. Such a beautiful property!

Last time we stayed the daily breakfast baskets had more options included and we had a little welcome gift when we first checked in. Not this time, not sure if it was because it was Christmas.

I love how each villa feels like an individual little home. With the gorgeous beds and the private outdoor areas. The pool area and spa area are perfect for relaxing, our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs.

The breakfast was underwhelming: a sad muffin and coffee. It's the only thing I did not enjoy.

La Serena Villas is conveniently located 1 block away from the main road of downtown Palm Springs, so it is an easy and quick walk to all the restaurants and shops. The hotel has a Tesla charging station in the back of the hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and cozy. Typically I am not a fan of the restaurants in the hotels, but this restaurant was great. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable. We did not have time to enjoy the pool or the hot tub, but they looked so inviting. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel in the future.

La Serena Villas was a beautiful little surprise in the center of Palm Springs. Our beautifully designed villa was absolutely lovely - from a comfortable bed, to in room coffee, and spacious bathroom- however the special delight was the outdoor tub and fire pit in our private courtyard. We could walk everywhere downtown from La Serena.

Breakfast basket might be improved: coffee had sour taste (either coffee beans kind, too strong of a brew or both) and would have preferred croissants instead of muffins.

Awesome design for guest villas, size of the property (cozy, not too big), exceptional cleanliness, quietness, great music by the pool (and not too loud which is greatly appreciated!), friendly staff, super close to downtown, backyard!

I thought it was great, I did get a last minute room and got in so late that I didn’t receive my tequila shot greeting, but that is ok. I’m very grateful for the late night check in and rather have had that!

Beautifully designed with your own private mini villa, I took an outdoor moonlit bath in a claw foot tub and firepit! Gorgeous cabanas and daybeds for use, small but very pretty pool. Amazing cocktails, attentive staff.

We didn’t appreciate the fact that they changed breakfast on us during our stay. They changed it from having an actual meal to having coffee, a muffin, and yogurt.

The location was amazing. We loved that it wasn’t packed like a normal hotel would be, and it was quiet. We brought our dog and the manager at the restaurant loved him.

I think my only complaint was that it was pet friendly, and there was a dog in the Villa next to us barking on and off. To me, the “pet-friendly” affected the rest of the peacefulness of the hotel.

We loved everything. The property was gorgeous. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Staff were so friendly and helpful, and always going above and beyond. We loved the complementary breakfast the first morning. The second morning they had changed it and it wasn’t as extensive but that was still OK. Loved the little boutique and bought some jewelry together. I wish I remembered the name of the girl at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and made our stay that much more special. Thank you! Lov hey baby

absolutely nothing.

This is a small scale hotel, that welcomes its guests full heartedly and wishes to make them feel comfortable for the entire stay. The love for detail in de decoration all over the hotel and in the individual rooms is stunning. The room was large with all equipement one can desire. The bed is amazing, as is the spacious bathroom with separate shower and stand alone bathtub. The room has a private patio, with fire pit and bathtub. The location of the hotel is perfect, right off the main street in down town Palm Springs. The pool is clean and quiet and remains open tot 11:00PM! There is ample parking space at no extra charge.
